I racked up over $4000 in needed…read moredental work outside of what my primary plan would pay - at 100% (e.g., crown, implant, bitewing radiographs, periodontal maintenance, fillings, evaluation, etc), This plan tries to slow you down, asking for stuff like, "please resend as a pdf and not an image." (It's a letter from my dentist so why does it have to be a pdf?" Anyway... that is just one of many slow downs. Then they need time to review. I was afraid I was going to run their clock out and nothing would be covered. When it was all said and done with multiple and multiple resends and wait time, they approved $200. So what in the world DO you even approve? I spent more on the monthly premiums than this.

They are no help when you call in as well. I pay monthly, which clearly is just a waste of money. Their claims review board is a joke and it seems like there may be age discrimination. My dentist office said this has happened before, they cant understand how this would not be covered, and they are considering dropping them as well.
