bro, even though I'm over the age of 21 I showed them my ID. I walked all the way from my hotel to come back to the smoke shop to get me my smokes and they don't even though my brothers outside, they still didn't want me to sell my product and my brother was in there before when we went before like not even 10 minutes before that and want to go by my syringe they don't even want me to sell the vape stuff not like my buying it. Great little smoke shop with tons and tons of options. First things thing, I'm always nervous to walk into smoke shops. In my experience, I'm always looked at as though I am out of place. Which low key, I kind of am hahaha Back in my younger years, this wasn't much of a problem. Now that I'm 33, I don't blame the younger generation for assuming I'm a stick in the mud lol. Such is life. Anyways, I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me out. He was awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I'm not much of a smoker anymore but had recently dropped my cute little bowl that I had for years. I came for a replacement one. Ending up buying 2 iridescent bowls. Both hit well. I loved that the one pictured had these little holes but realized shortly after that they clog up easily. Just keep a toothpick with you ;) all good! The staff was great at making you feel comfortable and not watched or judged like your about to run out the door. The staff member asked me what I was there for and I told him I was interested in getting a new one hitter. As he was showing me the selection and I picked one out he told me it was on him! What makes them my go-to as a loyal customer is the rewards program, which is excellent. It would be really nice if they consolidated their point system with the sister store down the road, and the only other thing I feel they could improve upon would be staying open just a little bit later during the week and extended hours on Friday and Saturday evenings to match competitors in the area; if they did that then I would never have a reason to go anywhere else!
