Pretty solid, sometimes things move a bit slow and prices are not always clear, but I am glad to have them in the neighborhood.

WARNING: They sell synthetic weed(if you look at the cannabinoids in the products it is super high to be consumed by a normal person), stay away or that stuff will mess up your kidneys. I have been smoking for so long and every time I made purchase from this shop I woke up throwing up, nauseous, stomach cramps. On the customer service side it's good but again stay away from this shop. I'd rather get my greens from the street. Also it's overpriced. Good luck! read more

Great inventory, prices, and rewards program. Staff is super friendly. On top of that, I am very happy with their current mask policy; I typically wear a reusable N99 respirator that is relatively uncommon but, despite this, was still asked to put on a surgical mask (which they provided for free). I consider this a great thing since not all masks are created equal and better to be safe than sorry! read more

I would give 5 stars but not when you have a no exchange or return policy. I just bought a new in box Smok G150 from this place and yup as some people out there have found it, it was also DOA. So now i have to send it to Smoke, well attempt to, and try and get a replacement. Other than that I like this Smokeshop and the guys are friendly and helpful. read more

I just discovered this place right down the road from me, and I'm so glad I gave it a try! I went in to see if someone could help me with my vape, because I literally could NOT get the tank off. Wally showed the best customer service I've ever experienced. He took the time and effort (extreme- this thing was STUCK) to successfully fix my vape, which I hadn't used in months because no one else could help me. He also helped my brother out with his vape & made great recommendations on juices. Besides the vape stuff, this is also a great head shop. The selection is amazing, and the prices aren't bad at all. For a vape shop they really don't know much about vapes, I went in there along for a voopoo drag 3 coil which is either 0.15 ohm or 0.2 ohm and they hand me a .3 ohm coil pack built for a pod system not a mod and say it's good, reminds of an auto shop how they don't really know what's wrong they just kinda make you pay for stuff that won't help. read more

Huge selection, prices are much better than some of the other shops (cough.. planet k). Usually the same guy is there working and he is friendly and goes out of his way to help you.
