Recently, we experienced a very stressful situation when we woke up on a Sunday morning to find oil covering the ground beneath our vehicle. The oil change had been performed by CDJR just three days earlier, so naturally we were extremely concerned and assumed the issue may have been related to the recent service. We had the vehicle towed back to the dealership and expressed our frustrations and concerns. To their credit, the manager and service staff handled the situation professionally. They listened to our concerns, remained patient despite our frustration, and assured us they would thoroughly investigate the issue. After inspecting the vehicle, they discovered the problem was not related to the oil filter installation or any work performed by the dealership. The source of the leak was a cap from the oil filter that had failed. (Located on the side) This particular item / part had previously been replaced by another repair shop and was still under warranty. While the situation was incredibly stressful, I truly appreciated the transparency and honesty shown by the manager and service team throughout the process. What stood out most was their willingness to take our concerns seriously, communicate openly, and explain exactly what they found. We came in upset and fully expecting the dealership to be at fault, but they treated us with respect and professionalism every step of the way. I truly appreciate and thank the service department and management team for their patience, transparency, and commitment to customer service. While no one wants to experience an unexpected vehicle issue, the way it was handled reinforced why we have trusted CDJR of Fort Myers with our vehicle for the last three years.

We both work from home and our big adventure now is a 3 mile trip to Publix. So we decided to sell the SUV. Mind you a car that just sat in the air conditioned garage. A car I just had ceramic coated. A car that literally doesn't have a ding or dent anywhere. And miles do low I'm embarrassed to even mention. It's cherry. This is our third car over the years we sold to Carmax. Again, such a smooth process. Gabrielle helps us and we were out of there in about 20 minutes. If you want a fair price and a stress free process--check out Carmax.

My fiancé and I came in ready to purchase a vehicle with a signed PSECU AutoDraft in hand. The only complication was that the co-signer was out of state. We were repeatedly told by Jose that there was "nothing we could do" unless we financed through CarMax. He claimed their e-sign system had been down for a month and insisted our only option was to switch financing. Not wanting to give up our 5% credit union loan without exploring other options, we left and started making calls ourselves. To our surprise, another CarMax location in Naples immediately offered solutions, including remote e-signatures and even FedExing documents if needed. That was incredibly frustrating to hear after being told so definitively that there were no alternatives. It made us feel like our outside financing wasn't being respected and that we were being pushed toward CarMax financing instead. As a pregnant customer trying to secure a safe family vehicle before our baby arrives, this experience added unnecessary stress to an already emotional and time-sensitive purchase. We understand policies exist, but the lack of effort to explore solutions or advocate for us was disappointing. I hope CarMax Ft. Myers better trains its staff on available options for customers using outside financing, because no customer should have to call another location to receive the help and answers they should have been given in the first place.

Chris not only said I could come back any time, but went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Thank you Chris. Also, a huge shoutout to Teresa on phones, and Nick Vella in service, they are true rockstars who understand customer service; are kind, friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Most importantly he was patient and not pushy. He helped us find the right vehicle at the right price. What really amazed us is that we were able to drive off in a new Highlander for less than we had budgeted for a used one. He and the entire team worked tirelessly for us that day, and trust me we really put them through the paces (sorry, not sorry about that Blair). I have to say that when the time comes for another vehicle, first it will be a Toyota without a doubt, and second I won't waste time with other dealerships. AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers has won my trust. When you go ask for Blair, and I hope you have as great an experience as we did.

After test-driving a truck, we ran a diagnostic ODBC scan that revealed multiple engine misfires. When the manager Andrew Lesseur, took the vehicle back, he claimed his "odb code machine" showed nothing. However, when we re-scanned it ourselves, the codes had miraculously vanished. I called him out on clearly resetting the computer to hide the engine issues, and his reaction was unprofessional and very defensive. Got caught (POS) ! Hiding mechanical failures is dangerous and deceitful. I'm glad this wasn't my "first rodeo," or I might have been stuck with a lemon. Avoid this location. I appreciate the salesman was very helpful Mr. Fernandez. Wish you the best.

They just try to get you invested in the process and then change the price on you in the end. I called regarding a vehicle listed for $20,995 online. There was no mention of additional fees, but most dealerships charge them, so I asked what they would be. First, I was told about $1,000. That changed to $1,405 when the salesperson's texted to me. Then when the invoice came (after I submitted all my information to them twice) the dealer fees totalled $3,503. When I called them out they lowered the total dealer fees to $2,978. Then he tried telling me that they would only be making $1,500 at that price... You know the scam... Just don't do business with these con-artists. We need truth-in-sales regulations to stop these shady car sales people and companies from wasting our time and scamming our friends and families at every chance they get.
