They grossly misrepresented the car. As you can see from the photos, the engine smokes at idle, half of the engine isn't running and just blows fuel into the exhaust, The headliner was all destroyed from an undisclosed hole in the top, the door doesn't close properly, and in addition to a number of other problems, we found a large scratch and dent on the driver's door. I've picked up my car with parts not installed correctly. I've picked up my car with a non-functional air conditioner, when that was not why I brought it in. I've even noted where they have forgotten to install bolts where they once were! I would recommend you find a different service dept. if you have a Mazda. If you want to purchase a Mazda, I would send you to Naples or Punta Gorda. I pity the loss of Scanlon Mazda. They seemed to care more.

That was not my intention, I just wanted to see if I could get a better deal being a working gal, single and I have to support myself. They did not ask me if I was doing a bidding war, it never occurred to me. They just shut me down and said they don't want to do business that way. I thought that is how someone shops...I guess I am not supposed to say I got another price. Buying or leasing a car is so stressful when it should be a great experience! No Wonder Car Dealers Get A Bad Rep!…read more I am a senior citizen who totally relied on my social security. I was taken advantage by Sun Kissed Imports. After purchasing a vehicle in good faith and after driving the vehicle for 100 miles the engine light came on. I called the owner who sold me the vehicle and all he did was referred me to "His Mechanic" and that was it! Codes highlighted was PO455 Evaporated Emissions System Leak Detected (large leak) and PO456 Evaporated Emissions System Leak Detected (very small leak) (Cost to fix vehicle was $265.32. Days later the air conditioner stop blowing cold air. I again took the vehicle to the owner mechanic. I incurred a cost of 154.28. GUESS WHAT! A day later the air stop working. I decided to take it to a reputable mechanic. That reputable mechanic stated that he noticed that someone tried to fix the a/c in the past and bolts has been stripped off and a wire had been left off causing the a/c in the vehicle to fail. It cost me an additional $1596.43. Mr. owner the $200.00 dollars you are offering cannot take away the worries and stress that you put me through. I am on a limited income. I gave Sun Kissed Imports my hard earned money totaling $7700.00. Shame on you Sun kissed Imports. Did you not remember stating to me "that you have driven the vehicle to and from Orlando? That the vehicle has NO PROBLEMS. Question! How come your mechanic did not find any problems with the vehicle before selling it?
