We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. They checked every cabinet and drawer, being so thoughtful as to text me pictures of anything they found in case it needed to be added to the pile of items we had already hired a trash service to come and collect. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. I looked for a cleaning service to do our regular once per month house cleaning. I interviewed several services. All of them right around $200. Texas Cleaning Service fell into the middle of the quotes not the lowest and not the highest. I called and spoke with their customer service representative, Tiffany. We had several lengthy conversations. These conversations were very specific pertaining to exactly what we needed, how many square feet in the living space etc. I then asked for a list of tasks as we had discussed. The list Tiffany sent was not totally inclusive of what was agreed upon during our conversations. I contacted her again and Tiffany sent a full list which concisely spelled out what they would have their team do during an appointment. I accepted the proposal. So far very good. Sometime before the appointment a person named Jacob began to get involved. He told my wife he was Tiffany's supervisor. This interaction could have gone one of two ways. After speaking with my wife he had some issues with the terms of the agreement that Tiffany and I had put into writing. That said, after revisiting the terms of the agreement he understood not only the pricing but further the amount of detail spelled out in the agreement and we moved cheerfully on. It's one thing to question things one may come across and another to actually have terms spelled out which protects not only us as consumers but also the vendors. My best advice is that Texas Cleaning Services provided a very good job at a fair but not lowest pricing available along with flexible staff, management and cleaning professionals coming from a point of view best in class service. This does not mean a verbal agreement is enough. Get all vendor agreements in writing. Jacob the supervisor did a good job standing behind their agreement. Irma the lead cleaner is very good, quite competent and we have requested her as our regular lead person. Maria also did an acceptable and the carpet vacuuming had that high pro finish and looked great for her portion of the work. Tiffany worked diligently to work all our needs into a cohesive document. All in all I recommend this company with 4 stars. They did lose a star for questioning the scope of work without reading through every point. That said, Jacob stepped up to ensure the agreement was going to be honored. So alls well that ends well and we are as committed to a long term relationship as we believe their organization is also committed. jc g

I was very disappointed with this company. Noemi came to give us an estimate for a deep clean in…read moreour home. We have a four bedroom house. The estimate came out to $675. Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.
