I requested my money back several times as she never once contacted me about my missed appointment SHE never showed to. When I was finally contacted by her via social media (She doesn't answer calls she doesn't know) She threatened violence to actually come to my home and never returned any monies owed back to me for services she didn't render. I also will tell ya although the work is good the hour and sometimes month long wait for services aren't. She's frequently closed for personal reasons so it's hard to actual maintain loyalty services. She also runs behind a lot so if you schedule an appointment allow a few extra minutes IF she shows up. I simpily wanted my money returned for services she omitted to render smh

They took my labs at their office and two days later called to tell me my testosterone is way low at 9. Normal levels are 15.00-70.00. So I listened to what they suggested for me. A low dose hormone pellet surgically implanted in your gluteus maximus. So I listened to any side effects and had the pellet placed. Two weeks later they wanted me to return for more labs to check the dose of the pellet. I decided to get an order and have labs done at my lab. The results were sent to the NP at Evolve. I never revived a call on my labs, but my PCP contacted me as all my labs were crazy and out of wack. My testosterone level was now 216.00. Extremely high. At this point my PCP gave me the choice of surgically removing the pellets or leave them in until they run it's course. DON'T go here for hormone therapy. I've not been back since!
