I received the most professional care at Lifetime. I was diagnosed with skin cancer, of all places my scalp. Being Latina I never thought this would happen to me. The surgeons did an excellent job of removing 2 inch section of my scalp. i healed beautifully, and only have a small spot on my scalp without hair. Excellent Moh's surgery. Thank you. read more

1. Had a melanoma removed, called office told them it was infected, went to office was told it was not. Sent home to be in pain for another week Returned to have stitches removed finally agreed that it was infected! 2. Was told I had a cancer on on face, froze off if didn't heal return in 2 weeks. Didn't heal and was told it was for sure a cancer let's biopsy it. Another 2 weeks of waiting to find out a misdiagnosis. So a whole month of being told you have a skin cancer then to find out it is an infection. 3. Receive a post card to call office for test results after I had already discussed this with them and was told they would call in meds over a week ago! I won't be back and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want unnecessary test and fees along with an unorganized mess! read more

I had cystic acne in the top percentile. All of the staff were friendly and willing to help me during that terrible time. I ended up getting on medicine that helped and saw Dr Anderson, along with a bunch of nurses for about a year. I do not have one negative thing to say about Lifetime Skin Care in Muncie. This is the worst medical facility I have ever been associated with. They cannot diagnose any condition presented to them. The "doctor" didn't even put on gloves. Yet they have no problem charging you and your insurance company. Terrible, Terrible, terrible. read more

I cannot believe this place is still in business. I wish someone would have warned me before going to this place. I was quoted a price over the phone before even scheduling an appointment and the moment I got there and was told something extremely different I told him never mind and left. I was literally there two minutes because I was lied to and they still charged me for the entire visit. I went ahead and paid it off so that it wouldn't affect my credit but I just want to give everyone a heads up to not make the same mistake I had. read more

I went to Angela, who did my facial. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. She played soft, spa like music and didn't talk unless she needed to, letting me relax. I hate when you go to a massage or facial and they talk the whole time. I've been to her three times and would definitely recommend her to anyone! read more

My 80 year old mom had skin cancer and I brought her to her appointments this July-August 2016-about 4 so far. The quality of the interactions has been terrific. This is by far the best dermatology place I have been to. I have been to Lifetime Skin Care on 2 different occasions. Both of which were good experiences. Prior to coming here I had gone to another dermatologist a couple of times for acne related reasons. Far too often my visit would consist of the doctor coming in, taking a quick look at my skin and disappearing. It seemed like a contest for the doctor to see how many patients he can visit during the day. Lifetime Skin Care is much better...much more personalized. My first visit was in March of 2012. After the dermatologist had taken care of what I had come in for and after he had answered all of my questions, he asked me how my March Madness bracket was doing. This was astounding to me considering my past experiences. I recognize that this was just simple small talk, but it meant a lot considering dermatologists always have a busy schedule. These doctors are not only knowledgeable, but they are very nice people. My latest visit was in March of 2013. I saw Dr. Anderson. After I had spent 3 weeks going to 2 different urgent care clinics (because I had no idea what I had) and being told to try different things that didn't work, Dr. Anderson diagnosed me immediately, and the problem went away in a matter of days. The doctors are great. Lifetime Skin Care receptionists are nice, and they do a great job of working around my schedule. At my appointments, they always get me in on time (or even early), and I'm not sitting in a room waiting for 45 minutes for the dermatologist to come in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dermatologist. read more
