That day I immediately went on Yelp's "Request A Quote" to get ahead of the rush of people looking for roof contractors. Four people got back to me, including Roberts Roof Repair. Jason Roberts was the only one who immediately booked an assessment for the following day. Jason came out, checked my roof, tarped and patched all the spots with missing shingles, took a tons of photos for my insurance co., and with his 30 years of roof experience told me, "you're definitely going to need an entire roof." Welp, he was right and when my insurance came out and assessed everything, they agreed. Sadly, my insurance company dragged their feet for about two weeks until finally sending me the money for the roof. Once I sent Jason the down payment for materials, they were delivered within four days and two days later I had an entire crew at my house. His team worked fast, they were able to tear off my old roof and put on the new roof with in about eight hours! We hired the Daniel's team to apply epoxy to our garage floor using materials we had already…read morepurchased. He was a very nice guy, easy to communicate with, and we trusted him as the expert when he advised that grinding or using a pre-primer wouldn't be necessary for our floor. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The floor looked terrible and the texture was uneven throughout. While he mentioned having done this process successfully many times before, no grinding for preparation of the floor and not using primer left us mislead and was absolutely the wrong choice in our case and we're now left needing to pay someone else to completely redo it. We asked for a partial refund on labor, as we followed his guidance and the outcome was a floor that's now unusable. He did provide a $100 refund, but it didn't reflect the cost of correcting the damage or the overall experience. If you're considering a similar project, I would recommend confirming the full prep process including grinding and priming with a second professional opinion and save yourself the time and money of having the job done twice
