Everybody was friendly and even though there were a lot of animals that needed to be signed in they managed to do it quickly and efficiently. They are open until 6:00 so I was able to pick him up after I got off work. They gave very thorough instructions for the rest of the day and were very helpful. After no resolution for half the worms being dead, I sent them a message and this was their response: "You had several issues, and we were addressing them in order. We would have ended the conversation with a resolution for the dead worms; however, you did not respond. If your only concern was the dead worms, then your email should have addressed just one issue." A. I didn't get offered any resolution for the dead worms. B. This response?! Are you kidding me? To tell me my email should have address ONE issue!? C. What good company or manager would respond in this manner to a customer? Yikes! Run! Try to buy local if you can and if you can't, avoid this company!
