Also they put my baby in a nice zippered canvas bag which made it so much easier to bring her home and bury her. And they even made a foot print of her in a clay round. The young lady who delivered my kitty and the round was just so sweet. To top it off i just received a card of condolence from them. Honestly if they hadn't been so caring, would have brushed it off as just a marketing gesture. However I found it very comforting. I will use them again in an emergency and highly recommend them.
