I walked several aisles in both directions looking for an employee and none were to be found. It's like they're genies and they disappear the second you come around the corner. I probably should have gone to the break room to find someone. Both times I walked out empty handed. The second time I went in I didn't walk out empty handed but I did buy , what looked like the best quality, version on the shelf and it just seems cheap and inferior to being the contractor grade things I'm used to from other vendors. I'm not saying I'd NEVER go back, but they will forever be a last option.

There was no solution offered other than selling us a damaged fridge. Very low level customer service and extreme lack of professionalism at this location. Would not recommend.
