Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

Online it said they were open on Sat and on weekdays until 5pm. She. I called, Karen informed me the hours post pandemic were until 4p. Those measurements led to drawings from Karen and options for an interior trash can. To lock in a date and get started, a deposit is required but was pleased to learn its accepted by phone. I deducted a star due to the following: - they left my lawn filled with saw dust that has lingered. - there's no clear indication of the start time until 30 -40 min before on your install date - should be provided the business day before if not sooner. - they discard all the boxes on your property. In my case, recycling is suspended so it'd be out there unless I paid someone to haul it away. I had to explain this several times before they reluctantly agreed to take them. (All other delivery companies take their boxes, especially at this price!)

New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood did a terrible job on our vinyl floors. We had our floor replaced…read morewith an LVP product called Strong Built Floors which was sold exclusively by New Orleans Flooring. Shortly after installation we started having issues with the flooring popping up and warping. Countless times we had to have them replace the broken and or warped boards. After months of this happening they decided to rip up the flooring and have it reinstalled "properly". Their excuse was not that there was a problem with the flooring but a problem with the installation. So we once again had to rent a storage pod out of pocket and move all of our furniture. Plus, we had to move out of our house with two small kids while they worked. This time they did an even worse job than the first time, rushing to get the entire job completed within a weekend. They did not allow the flooring to acclimate to the indoor environment and did not allow proper drying of the self leveler. There are too many other flooring companies in the greater New Orleans area that I'm sure would do a much better job than New Orleans flooring in Elmwood did. Please think twice before going with this company for your flooring needs.
