    This business is disgusting. We travelled from Edmonton to Hope B.C. to attend a scheduled…read moresite-visit to arrange a cost estimate for work. We requested confirmation by telephone 3 times prior to travelling to Hope from Edmonton. Each time we needed to make our request by voice mail and received no response. The day of the scheduled appointment we used a local landline to call for an estimated time of arrival. We were advised that an email was sent to us declining a site visit. This email was not received in our in-box. However, an email was sent to us the end of our first travel day from Edmonton to Hope which I did see until I was advised, through this email, about cancellation of the site visit. After having called 3 times the week previous you would think that someone would respond. This did not happen. Absolutely disgusting business practise.

In total I was charged $2,000 for overpriced and ineffective repairs over a few visits. The furnace has never since that time functioned more than intermittently at best. I requested another technician and I was told to get a new furnace somewhere else and that they had told me that from the start. They offered a $500 refund, which I refused. This was after: - the technician put the wrong blower motor in, and charged me for the second visit to install the right one - the electrical wiring was not professionally completed - After I insisted repeatedly to the technician that the house and furnace was 30 years old and I'd rather buy a new furnace than throw money at parts - but then they had the nerve to say that I refused to replace my furnace and only put money on repairs. I've been replacing appliances steadily with high end new appliances. Why would I spend thousands on repairs? Other heating companies told me it should not have been so expensive to fix had I chosen that route. I would not cheap out on properly addressing a furnace and go through all this terrible mess of incapable service and be stuck $2,000 in deep, and now purchasing a new furnace with a different company like I should have in the first place. STAY AWAY!

    Absolutely unacceptable and mind-boggling experience. I…read moredropped off three area rugs and paid $370 to have them cleaned. After waiting over two weeks, I finally had to call because they had lost my contact information. No big deal. When I went to pick them up, the receptionist, Crystal, cheerfully told us the rugs were "all fluffed up" and ready to go. I also noticed one invoice listed one of our rugs as 120 square feet, even though our largest rug is only about 80 square feet. As soon as we got home and unwrapped them, I was stunned. Not one of the three rugs had been properly cleaned. I could maybe understand if one rug had somehow been missed, but all three? Every single one still had the exact same stains, the same dog hair, and even the same pieces of bark mulch that were on them when I dropped them off. They were in the exact same condition as before. It honestly felt like I was stuck in the Twilight Zone. We took them back first thing the next morning and showed the rugs to the receptionist in person. We were told they had been steam cleaned once. Based on the condition they were returned in, I do not believe for a second that happened. They looked like they had simply been rolled back up, wrapped in paper, taped, and handed back to us. That's it. I honestly don't know whether they thought we wouldn't notice or simply wouldn't question it, but anyone looking at those rugs could immediately see they hadn't been properly cleaned. To their credit, they did agree to issue a full refund. However, after losing our contact information, charging us for an incorrect rug size, returning all three rugs in the exact same condition they were dropped off, and then telling us it would be another two weeks because they were going on holidays, I have absolutely no confidence in this business. We've already booked another rug cleaning company with an excellent reputation for a lower price, and we're expecting a much better result. I would not recommend this company!
