    It takes 12+ hours to check your schedule "really fast"?

    Came across Triumph when looking for a condo to rent. One of their listings looked promising, so I requested a tour online ASAP and gave my contact info. 24 hours later, I got an email to submit another form if I wanted a tour. I also called and left a voice message. 24 hours later, a realtor texted me to schedule. Annoyed with the time that had already been wasted, I gave her a time and asked if it worked for her. It took her over TWELVE HOURS to "quickly check her calendar" and respond. Lack of professionalism all around. In the mean time, being proactive, I contacted a realtor friend who got the info and accessed the lockbox to show me the property within a few hours. We submitted an application online afterward, before the Triumph realtor bothered to respond to my text. Within 24 hours, we were informed that our application was approved but someone else put in a deposit first. Per my realtor, the listing should have said "pending" rather than "available" and this is a huge industry violation on their end- it wasted both our time and hers, as well as our application fees, as the property essentially wasn't available. What's more annoying is that they still have never called me. They called my boyfriend, who was also on the application. I'm not sure what outdated misogyny fuels their only contacting the male on the account, but I'm not thrilled. They've called him twice to say that our $130 wasted combined application fee can be applied to any of their other listings- unfortunately there are only about 10, and none are remotely similar in terms of area, price, or any other feature, so we're basically screwed out of the fee because they can't keep their own site current. It appears we dodged a bullet, as their responsiveness and adherence to professional timeline is nonexistent. Per other reviews, it seems this carries over to maintenance and other issues.

    I can say I agree with the rest of the reviews that this company only does care about money. They will charge you on all these extra fees. I have never been late on my rent even when last year they were negligent in fixing my rental that had mold. I paid rent on time and yet I couldn't get a hold of them to fix the issue for a month. And now two days late of rent has added all these extra payments of course because I was late and since they need it, it's something that they need of course it will be done right away. If its the tenants that want something good luck getting it fixed. I just had my bath tub fixed again as well when supposably they had fixed it last year.

    I'm a property owner and used Triumph for about a year. Initially my property manager was responsive and did a pretty good job, once she left I could not get anyone in the office to return phone calls and the majority of my emails had no response either. There were some questionable charges on my account that I was never made aware of either. Once my tenants lease was up they tried to raise the rent $100 without even asking me and of course the tenant moved out. She was not late on rent and the neighbors had no complaints, had I been notified I wouldn't have raised the rent that much. After countless voicemails and emails with no response, I emailed the broker and asked that my management agreement be canceled. They offered me $500 to stay with the company and when I declined his attitude quickly changed and he told me that I wouldn't find anyone else that would do a good job either. After I found a new management company I finally received an email saying that Triumph was charging me a $300 "Document Transfer Fee" What did they transfer other than keys that my new manager picked up? NOTHING. The apartment was vacant upon termination. I recommend that OWNERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Lots of excessive charges like "technology fees", fees for mailing letters, each at $40.     I recently worked with C. Kelly Hurst from Havenhurst Realty and Property Management on rehabbing a…read morerental property where the tenant had lived for over 10 years. The home needed extensive work, including new carpet and vinyl flooring, interior paint, garage door opener replacement, landscaping, trash removal, minor plumbing repairs, sliding glass door adjustments, and a full home cleaning. Since I live in California, Kelly handled everything for me as he coordinated with contractors, gathered quotes, and managed the entire rehab schedule. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. The property was completely rehabbed and rent-ready in under three weeks. Even more, Kelly secured and placed a qualified tenant before the home was listed on the MLS. I was expecting at least three months of vacancy, but thanks to Kelly's hard work, it was only one month. As a real estate investor for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was the best property management experience I've ever had. Kelly truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to any property owner looking for reliable, hands-on property management or real estate services. Hard to find trustful people like Kelly in Las Vegas.

    Just a super shady association who is there for the builder, not the residents…read more Our experience with CAMCO, who served at the pleasure of Woodside Homes, was one of selective enforcement, outright lies, and making sure their masters at Woodside Homes were happy. CAMCO's representative was the perfect willing fool/liar, carrying Woodside's water while ignoring obvious, important concerns. The person I worked with spent more time lying or misstating things than trying to find resolution. Got a weed in your yard or a trash can out for an extra hour... get a menacing letter. Woodside can't keep the gates to a school where children pass through open? Good luck. A lot overrun with weeds? Wait for CAMCO to tell you that they are the "declarent." Builder won't stop the construction crews from starting work earlier than allowed? Camco doesn't care. This association cares next to nothing about the homeowner, is subordinate to their master builders, presumably so that they get the next deal on the next tract. Shady, useless, incompetent liars. And I put that mildly.

    *BEWARE* I spoke with Donna Edwards about a rental…read moreapplication I had turned in. I explained I was looking to get into a place within the next week, she assured me that she would get back to me within 24 hours. Three days later and numerous phone calls and messages that were never returned I finally got a text message from Donna. A text message? Are you a professional Realtor or a 7th grader texting one of your friends? This woman is extremely unprofessional. I should have known when I walked into her "office" on Rainbow that it was going to be a miserable experience working with her. Her "office" is actually a hole in the wall unit on the second floor of some run down building shared by multiple businesses. The receptionist at the desk had no information about Donna, had no business cards for Donna, and had no way to contact Donna. I definitely learned my lesson, I wouldn't deal with Donna Edwards if she was giving away houses!
