They are friendly, very responsive, easy to work with and most importantly: their food was delicious Needed a taco bar for a surprise birthday party of 30 people on a very short notice and after making some calls Trivis offered the best price options and more importantly they offered on site catering. Confirmed all the arrangements over the phone and meet with Jesus to pay the deposit. They have a wide selection of meat and vegetarian options. Decided on carne Asada, Al Pastor, and grilled chicken. Price included all the taco bar, condiments and we upgraded for quesadillas. Everything was perfect from their arrival, set up, service to clean up. I can't say enough of Trivis catering:: great food, service and friendly staff. I went to yelp and looked around and requested a few quotes. I didn't hear back from a few so I contacted a few more. Trivia didn't have very many reviews but I decided to ask for a quote anyway and I'm glad to did. Jesus responded right away with the costs of what I was looking for and we had everything already set up before the other companies got back to me. We confirmed the day prior that we were still on for the next day. The day of, they sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. He came and set the jumper up, carried the tables and chairs to the backyard and then re-confirmed a pick up time and let me know that he would contact me prior to pick up. It took me a while to find a reasonable price for everything (tables, chairs, bouncy house and of course the tacos) not only is his food great but the prices are waaaay better!
