After 10 minutes of awkward silence, we had just found some candles, and a middle aged white woman walked in and boom. "Hello! Welcome in, let us know if we can help you" My husband and I both got the message, dropped what we were looking at and walked out. No goodbye come again, just pretty selective salespeople. Very selective. Gross. Gross. Gross. Be ashamed. This is why our country is falling to shit.

She repeatedly argued with me that I had not yet paid for my cards which I picked out online and paid for through Paypal. I showed her my receipt and everything. She continued to argue with me that I had not been charged for the cards. I told her that if I had not paid for them that I didn't want them and started to walk out. She then said well you won't get charged again just sign here and take your cards. She inadvertently admitted that I already paid for them after she argued with me for more than 5 minutes in front of other customers. It's a beautiful store and has great cards. That woman needs to be fired, then the store would be perfect.

The roses in the arrangement never opened and the ranunculus flowers had brown spots. Instead of just putting them in a vase with water they were all stuffed into a floral foam. When I went on the website there were no arrangements to view other than wedding flowers. I called and talked to the owner and she was supposed to call me back but I never received a phone call. So I do not recommend this florist.
