She does not seem pushy and lets a customer browse through the shop. The store offers many local flavors and other items that an individual would enjoy as one of a kind too. That being said, when I first moved to town I checked out Twilight House a couple times. I found a pair of shorts that I liked and after eyeing them a few times, decided to make the purchase. There were no fitting rooms in the store (at least that I could see), so I had to make my best guess with the size. Once at home and trying them on, with the tags still attached, they were too small. I bought them back and went to the front to ask to return them. The young girl working the register wanted to help but owner immediately started saying in a snappy attitude that there were no returns whatsoever. The best they could do was offer me to exchange for a different size, but even then, the fit was still off. At that point, I was so disgusted at their terrible customer service that I didn't want the shorts anymore at all. Funny enough, if you look at their website, they offer refunds for items purchased online. It would be one thing if just a few people had this terrible customer service experience but if you read through their reviews, about 50% of people have noted this to be the case. I know I will never return to Twilight House and will not take friends visiting from out of town there either.
