We recently purchased a Bimini for $1,634 including tax. After installation and upon a close…read moreinspection, we realized the port stay is not centered in the stay slit. The starboard stay is also more inward leaving no room for adjustment. When we raised this concern about the tension on the Bimini, Bill did come out to re-examine the Bimini. He reassured us this was normal and it would not result in unnecessary wear. However, when I look at other sailboat Biminis at our marina they all have stays which are centered in the stay slits. Boatswain's Locker's Bimini has a generally nice design but for this price, we are not pleased with the fit or follow-up to adjust once the issue was brought to their attention.

They only had one left and I asked if they can hold it for me. They said yes without asking me to pay for it ahead of time. When I came later that day to pick it up, they had it ready...I paid and was on my way!
