They charged me $5000 for absolutely doing nothing. The day we went and signed our paperwork they opened the door and walked out,we asked them, " hey is this the last time we come to the office? They treated us like we were pieces of crap. Their bedside manner is awful and I'm trying to get a hold of the Virginia commission to inform of them of their piss, poor behavior I've never in my life heard of lawyers doing this.

Even with a veteran having hip replacement and multiple procedures after the surgery due to substandard staples/closure, wound opening the next day due to being thrown into bed by a hospital worker, and then infection doesn't constitute this law firms help. Burroughs left me feeling humiliated, belittled, disregarded, and unheard. I shared personal information about my circumstances because I believed I was speaking with someone who would approach my situation with professionalism and understanding. Instead, during the intake appointment, Zachary laughed obnoxiously and spoke to me in a condescending manner as i shared my situation. I found that interaction deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate given the sensitive nature of what I was discussing. I am typically thicked-skinned and a non- confrontational person, but in that moment I felt compelled to stand up for myself and explain that his disposition made me uncomfortable.
