The team so Magnum was cognizant of my beautiful shrubs, plants & flowers. The crew worked vigilantly to go behind my plants while taping up the house. They did as best they could in order to save the plants yet still ll do an effective job. I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions & were very respectful. The crew we had were so in sink with each other & the task as a whole. I've never seen such coordination among workers. They were experts. I would not recommend them anymore due to vandalism and terrible customer service. I am attaching picture of a worker who helped himself to the gas blower in my garage and then flooded out the engine and simply put it back. I also caught them on video breaking a wooden bench rocker. Instead of doing the right thing, the professional thing by telling me they broke it they just left it in a pile with no mention. Just trash people and trash company. Update to comments about bogus trip charges there weren't conveyed to me at the the time or service. Haha. Laughable. You can't add a bunch of charges to a bill after you go to a house, break my personal belongings and then get called out publicly with receipts. Hope any of you prospective customers take note on the unprofessionalism of this company. Another lie by the company. No one told me anything about these surprise charges before the service was rendered. This is the first time I'm hearing this as Jeff never told me about these during any of our multiple conversations on the phone. Thinking that was our issues, come Halloween night we heard a loouuud noise in the attic as if it sounded like large raccoons were fighting. Then realizing our pest issue wasn't over. At this time it was almost 9pm so I searched 24/7 pest control, and called almost all of them with resulting in 0 help or calls back. I was determined to find someone and came across Potter Pest Prevention, called and immediately picked up, told him my issue and said he didn't have anyone that could go out that night but to send over my info and he'll contact me in the morning and he sure did! I told him my availability that day and they agreed to come later that day when I was free. When they arrived I told them what happened so they looked around so they could give me an estimate and also offered another service I never would have thought of. The next day I got an invoice for the service and pricing was totally reasonably as well as booking them. The number I called originally his the owners personal number so communication is excellent. They're are only two guys, one being the owner, Joe and his partner, Josh. Very trustworthy, friendly, 100% reliable and definitely recommend!
