I was actually surprised at his level of involvement as he did not actually need to help me. In addition, whenever I get the prices for my pieces I'm always shocked at how inexpensive their embroidery is. This was my second trip to the establishment just to get in the door, because their hours of operation are 10-5, Mon-Fri. After being told for 20 minutes about what they will NOT do, I found that I had to fill out the form at the desk, while she shuffled papers LOUDLY. I had to continuously ask what specific font, what size, etc., and she handed me a ruler to measure out my own work. She wouldn't lift a finger for me. At a certain point you could tell she wanted me to go away, because she said, "you know you can do all of that online." I guess she's not used to human interaction. When I finally asked if there's a proof of the work, she responds, "yeah, that's why we ask for your email." At that point I was laughing at how horrible the experience was already. So when I asked a few more questions to clarify the proof, she says, "We charge more if you want more than one proof." That was it for me. I just took back my materials and I'll send it down to the Lower 48 to get it done. I don't think I've ever had to fight so hard to try to do business with someone!
