The staff is super friendly and helpful and they completed the resizing within just a few days. They took an expensive piece of jewelry I was previously unable to wear, wearable! I can't wait to wear it. I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.

She walked into the store and began locking the door behind her, but before she completely lock it, I caught her attention and asked for the store hours. She said she didn't know the hours because she was an "just there as an intern", she didn't work for them, she was "only doing community service", and she had "nothing to do with them". She was a bit dismissive and what makes matters worse is that, 6 hours later, I have still not received a reply to my text message! Thankfully, I happened to come across another business a couple of doors down that does custom laser engraving. Their name is Archer Creative Designs and they were very friendly, attentive, inexpensive, and thorough, and they'll get the work completed within 3 days! I highly recommend them, instead of Tracy Awards & Embroidery.

What kind of business does not keep a history file of your loyal customers for years. The big lady in the front is rude and and laughed in my face when I informed her what was messed up and you can physically see the embroidery they messed up on. She then proceeded to tell me she was here last year when I brought my item in but then does not have any measurements or any file history nor do they have the same font and plates but she can fix it. She then proceeded to tell me the building is under new ownership and nothing transitioned over smoothly for customers. Her words not mine. That right there says it all folks!
