I called 2-3 weeks ahead of time to see if they would be able to spray me with a competition tanning solution that I would be providing. They asked for me to bring it in and if they aren't able to use the solution, that their's should be able to work since it's pretty dark. Long story short, I went in and they said they couldn't use the solution I provided because it was a different brand from their machine. I ended up purchasing 3 coats/sessions of their darkest spray for $85 total. Each coating made me more orange than dark. Ended up having to go elsewhere on the morning of my competition to get appropriately sprayed for my show. All in all, a waste of my time and $85.00 However, they do provide friendly service. I'm sure if I wasn't going their for a competition tan, my rating of this business would be higher. read more

There is only one decent bed that gets you any color, the beds are disgusting with hair and dirt in every corner. The floors don't ever seem to be cleaned either. The staff are great, but whomever owns this place doesn't care at all about hygiene. They changed the hours now and it's not worth your time! read more

Still give this place a Zero. I have the scar on my neck from when I got a rash in the tanning beds. NO it wasn't heat rash either because I saw a doctor for it. make sure you clean the top of the lights as well as the bottom part we lay on. Sanitize it well. Still won't be back here read more

So everything was fine till I got some type of rash. I thought u had sun rash for a lil so i waited for it to go away and it didn't. I had to go to the doctor and everything. I know it was from the tanning bed or the towels. There's no where else I could get a rash. Iv notice some of the beds are poorly cleaned as well. The top half of the bed should always be cleaned too. I will not be returning to this place and I will make sure my mother in law never gets me a gift card from here ever again read more

These people are a bunch of liars and thieves. I was told my tans would not expire and they ended up expiring after 90 days. The girl behind the counter had the audacity to admit that there "was this girl working for them awhile back telling people their tans would not expire". What the heck??? They wouldn't even consider giving me a break. I will NEVER return to this sham and neither should you. Horrible customer service! read more

The old owner used to be amazing!!! She made sure everything stayed up to date and clean. However the new owner doesn't seem to care as much. Some guy that also works for, or owns some sort of security style business. All they do is hire young girls up front (most of them having no clue what they're doing) that care more about their social feeds than helping customers. They've driven this business into the gutter, but still tons of other good businesses around here! read more

Nice beds, extremely clean inside. However reason for the 4 stars is some of the employees are rude. The beds make up for that though. Came to tan for my cancun trip and one of the girls working the front was really sweet and personable, I believe she is the manager, she knows what she is talking about. I have been going here for more than 3 years. This used to be a favorite stop on my way home from a stressful day, but not so much anymore. Cassie was so on the ball and welcoming, but since she has left it's all young girls who never remember you and just chat among themselves. Several times had the wrong information in the computer (lower level bed than I'd paid in advance for, less sessions remaining than I'd been told on previous visit). The restroom is filthy. This place, which is higher priced than most, used to be above average. Now it's just average, so the higher price is no longer justified. I will be completing my package and not returning. There are much cheaper average places in town. Shame. read more

When I paid for about 12 session's I had problems each time. Bulbs were out in each bed. I would remark on the burned out bulbs and they stated one bulb wouldn't make a difference. The "stand in" room had the same problem. I left letting them know my displeasure and didn't use the rest of my paid tans. This was 2 years ago. Not sure if still open however make certain bulbs are functioning. Went across town to one near Savemart on Akers and The service was excellent as well as the beds. read more
