There is an abundance of amenities available at TLC which includes 2 indoor pools, 3 cardio theaters, indoor track, saunas, and rock wall. There are 3 locker rooms, which includes a family locker room. Additional services available include personal training, childcare, massage, and cryotherapy. Currently, not all amenities and services are available and will be phased in due to potential health and safety concerns. There are a variety of membership options available that require a one-year commitment. I have selected the three-month Jump Start Fitness Membership for $199. Addition three-month periods can be purchased for $165. This membership works well for me because I do not exactly know how long I will be staying in the area. After I arrived, I checked in, signed a waiver paper and waited. I was kind of nervous because it was my first time, so I wasn't sure what type of pain to expect. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

When I first sign up for a InShape membership there was a Cycle class that is called free style…read moreride 5 mornings a week and another one on Saturday mornings. Now there are only 2 cycle classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are paying for these classes and now they are cancelled. Also the gym has taken away the blue towels for cleaning the gym equipment are gone and and the disinfectant spray bottles are down to about two. So the place is very unsanitary. They also took away the Silver Snickers away. And the mens locker room is disgusting.
