A few months later, the same issue returned, so I paid for another service call because it was outside their 30-day warranty. Again, I was assured it was repaired. Just after the 30-day period, the exact same problem came back, leaving water all over my kitchen floor. When I called, I was told I would have to pay yet another service fee. I asked to speak with the manager, was promised a return call, and never heard back despite following up. I understand businesses need policies--I owned one for 40 years. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy, but the lack of follow-through and customer service. After years of being a loyal customer, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My point being, honesty is rare these days. This gentleman was kind enough to clean out my phone and not charge me. At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. Stay far away. **REPLYING to Devon's response below** I want to clarify that my intention was never to "extort" anyone. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. When I provided my bank statement as proof of the transaction, you declined to honor it because the repair wasn't found in your system.
