At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. Stay far away. **REPLYING to Devon's response below** I want to clarify that my intention was never to "extort" anyone. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. When I provided my bank statement as proof of the transaction, you declined to honor it because the repair wasn't found in your system. I then asked if you could open the phone and inspect the battery--since it was replaced at your location--and you stated that I would be charged again just to have it examined. Accusing me of leaving a fake review or acting unfairly is both inappropriate and unprofessional. I received it more damaged when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I bought the laptop and the case as the same time so I know none of it was from me because I had only just taken it out of the case while I was in the marking lot to hand it to him. And I'm not making accusation here, but I would like to point out not a single of my accounts had ever been hacked before in my life and while my laptop was with them my email was hacked 2 times as well as my Shutterfly account. Now, two weeks later and my email has been hacked again? I just don't understand but I will never use a repair company outside of Geek Squad again.

I actually called multiple times received nothing back, went in told his mother to give me a call back with my number and nothing. I went in today said hey why do I gotta track you down Kevin? Of course the response was the generic ive been busy. Anyways that point aside kevin is completely unqualified to fix pcs. He argued with me that my pc had onboard graphics because my motherboard had display ports, he didnt seem to understand that not all CPUs run on board graphics mine being a 5900xt.
