I completely understand that there is only one hour to do a full-body massage, but that doesn't mean you can rush to a point where I am unable to even relax. I have received many one-hour, full-body massages in my life and this one felt like I was being massaged by a very inexperienced person (although I understand she is licensed). Secondly, the experience felt very unprofessional, as if there was no rhyme or reason to what was happening during the service. Cindi mentioned a couple times that she was physically tired from the holiday rush, so I already felt shortchanged. Regardless, please do not charge $60 for a service that you cannot perform to your best ability. If you know I'm paying and you don't feel your best, please still take your time and try to provide a relaxing experience. The whole experience felt very chaotic and I felt very taken advantage of. I feel terribly writing this review, but for $60, I must say it's not worth it. And, the massage was actually quite good. Sunny asked if I wanted to go upstairs or stay downstairs. My visit was on a hot summer day and we only walked 1/2 way up the stairs before the heat convinced me to stay downstairs. No AC upstairs. The room downstairs was adequate. Spartan but adequate.
