To do a one-stop-shopping, we purchased some fixtures of one of the brands they sell (mhiler) and one of the faucets was defective. I took the faucet back and we were assured they would return our money. After multiple calls and emails, I gave up and accepted this return would not happen. This is the main reason why I am giving them three stars. In summary, great store for tiles, not a good option for fixtures... I found out the hard way. Prosein does not offer a real warranty on fixtures (at least not on mhiler). You are better off buying leading brands such as Delta, which recently sent me three new fixtures for another property at no cost. The original fixtures were installed three years ago!

He tells me he only services areas around Coral Gables. I live in Miami Springs which I tell him is 15-20 mins away and he tells me that's way too far he only does the Coral Gables area. Are you serious this seems ridiculous, why not put that on your website so you don't waste peoples time. I should have known this place wouldn't work out when they don't even return calls.

One last year , because I was looking for a service that would provide orchids and trees for my home, at that time the same owner brushed me off by saying he only does big jobs... I decided to give him another chance so I called again a few months ago to ask if he could get two 15 ft fig fiddle trees and he told me that he could not get it and to try home depot!!! enough said

We contracted JR Concrete Contractors to do the modern style concrete slabs for our drive-way with…read morethe astroturf dividing the individual slabs. When we called JR he came over right away to give us an estimate. JR was professional, friendly, and gave us the best quote out of all the businesses that we contacted. The longest part of the process was getting the City's permit approval. This does not reflect on JR and his team, as the city ALWAYS takes a long time to turn around permits. Once we had the permit, JR contacted me to begin work. His team works fast, are very professional and they wasted no time in making our driveway a reality. The work took a little over 4 days including the astroturf that we wanted laid down in between the slabs. We are very satisfied with JR's team and are already finalizing future projects for him to work on. I know how hard it is to get good contractors to actually come out and give an estimate and follow through the work. JR is the real deal. We were really happy with the results.
