Over 20 years of homeownership and countless improvement projects and this is, by far, the worst…read morevendor I have ever dealt with. The sales rep guaranteed me a delivery date the minute I walked in the showroom. Of course, there was a delay due to a "computer problem," which then caused a delay in my construction schedule and cost me money. I asked that they waive the delivery fee and was told that wasn't possible b/c they use a third-party delivery service. So what? The store should have paid it. I had no choice but to pay the fee or my construction project would be further delayed and cost even more. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me that because I already paid the fee, they couldn't refund my money. On top of that, they charge sales tax on the delivery fee in violation of Florida law. A "delivery fee" is not merchandise that can be taxed. Stay far away from this fraudulent, unethical company. Floor and Decor is looking way better in hindsight.

This is my ongoing issue with Lumber liquidators now known as LL Flooring. On September 26, 2025, I…read moremade a purchase of hardwood flooring with installation for a total price of $7903.63. The installation was to be done by one of their in-house installers named Bella Flooring. Prior to giving me this price, Bella Flooring sent out one of their estimators who told me that they could install the hardwood flooring directly over my existing tile. They took this information and together with Lumber Liquidators came up with the price mentioned above. Materials were delivered many weeks in advance to acclimate to the climate in my home. Work was scheduled for November 17, 2025. A few days before work was to start, Ralph the owner or supervisor of Bella flooring contacted me and asked if he can push the date one more day until the 18th so he can wrap up a job elsewhere. I told him it would be no problem. He told me he was sending out his best guys. The same people that did the work in his own home. I thought great. On the 18th, two men showed up, looked over the job and then told me that it could not be done as estimated. When I asked why, they told me that it could not go over the existing tile. I explained that your own companies estimator previously visited the job and that's the way it was proposed to Lumber liquidators and proposed. He immediately got on the phone talk to his boss and then they left. I called lumber liquidators immediately and explained the situation to the manager, Camille, who is the one that originally put together the project. She said she call me back, which she did, and told me that the guys will be back out the next day to surface grind the tile and glue down the flooring as intended. The next day two more men showed up from the same company and told me the same thing. They cannot do the job as intended, and that if they did glue it down, it would come back up within a matter of months. Dumbfounded, I called back Camille from lumber liquidators and asked her what is going on. Now I have two men from two different crews that tell me they cannot do the job as they had proposed to Lumber liquidators and I had paid, in full, based on the project they had put together. She told me she would call me back that day to figure out what was going on. I never heard back from her. Fast forward another week. I still have 32 cases of flooring sitting in my living room and no one is communicating with me. I reached out to Camille the manager once again and asked her what is going on? She asks me, didn't someone from Corporate reach out to you? I said no, why? Because your situation has been escalated to a higher level and you should've been contacted. I explained that no one had contacted me, I have 32 cases of flooring sitting in my living room and there is no resolution being presented to me. It is now November 30, 2025 and no one from Corporate has reached out. I tried to reach a regional manager, Mike Pinsky, who apparently is unreachable. So I am now almost $8000 out-of-pocket and there seems to be no clear path on how to resolve the problem. Hopefully someone from Lumber liquidators will see this review and take action immediately. It is now December 22nd and the problem continues. I still do not have my flooring installed and there is no-one available to communicate with any authority. Now it is January 12th 2026. The company LL Flooring /. Lumber Liquidators has officially abandoned my job and left me with no install options.
