We were forced to wait excessively at the register because Ms. Kelsa was busy ( understandable), then when she finally arrived with an atrocious attitude toward her great outstanding employees, she made it apparent that she was upset about being interrupted. After her override she rolled her eyes and went back to hiding in her office. Nevermind the fact that Kelsa failed to acknowledge our existence I'm more shocked by her unsavory treatment of her subordinates. Maybe Home Depot appreciates their customers, employees and even their jobs a little more.

The only option is to email a PDF form with a picture of your credit card and ID which is, not only super annoying, but absolutely not safe. You don't want this type of info circulating around, identity theft is no joke. So I decided to drive to the store to pay, which with traffic took me forever. When I got to the store, I had to wait 20+ minutes because the updated estimate that the sales person sent me earlier was not showing up on their system. The sales person was not available. So we had to wait for him. Making a payment should be easy, we are in 2026 :-) I'd even be happy to pay a convenience fee to get an online payment option. Also to be clear. The sales person was very nice and professional. Not blaming the people here, blaming the process and management of 84 Lumber.
