I booked both a full set of acrylic nails with gel AND a pedicure. I got there 30 minutes early and they promptly started working on my pedicure. I had told the lady working on my toes what I had wanted for my fingers when she started painting my toes because she kept asking if I wanted a flower on my big toe. I showed her the attached picture as mostly what I wanted saying I wanted the right hand with a star on my thumb. However, when it came to my fingers they had at that point 4 walk-ins. They were already working one manicure walk in and had two pedicure/one manicure walk in after that. They told me to switch to a manicure chair and I did. When I got asked what I wanted again, I showed them the picture. They showed me stickers and said that they looked better than what I wanted and I said no. I would like the picture again. Then she said my nails were too small for the picture and I said well yeah... I wanted acrylics. At that they said they didn't have time for that and that I had booked ONLY a manicure appointment and NOT a full acrylic set. I should have checked my email confirmation as I felt extremely stupid and didn't realize there was a difference when I booked. I left crying. I got home and had been talking to my husband about what happened and checked again. I had scheduled a full acrylic set. They turned me away even though I had an appointment for the walk-ins, gaslighting me into thinking I had scheduled wrong and told me to come back tomorrow to get what I had already been scheduled for AFTER UPCHARGING me for gel nail polish. So I bought a father's day massage for my husband 2 months ago and we went to have it done this past weekend. I verified with the woman in front 2 60 minute massages that were both hot stone perfect. So my massage was amazing, my husband's massage was literally a lotion rub! What? Yes that's it. They call me to talk about experience I tell them and they offer my husband a 50% visit , wait what?? Had an appointment for a pedicure on Valentine's Day for 6:30 PM so that I could make it to dinner in perfect time - as the website says it's a 40 minute service. I showed up to the salon at 6:20 and checked in for an Ultimate pedicure, two people working who apparently did not pay attention to their appointment list. They sat me in a chair at 6:30 and I didn't get a technician until 7:15! Had to downgrade to a Deluxe service to save time. I was going to leave but I figured this was their plan (keep me waiting so I'd leave) so I stayed just to be a thorn in their side like they'd been in mine. I had my feet sitting in cold water for 30 minutes, which was baffling. I could have just waited in the waiting area. The technician was rushing because my service started so late and was going so fast she made me bleed! A 40 minute service was 20 minutes. I had oils, paraffin, lotion just everywhere. It was a mess! Just an awful experience. It's as if they completely disregarded my time and my skin. The tub bag wasn't secure so it was just floating around my feet. My technician was on a personal call most of the time on her AirPods. You bust your butt to make sure you make the appointment that they send you numerous reminders about and then you wait 45 minutes anyway. I could have gone to the gym and had more fun. It's just a sucky feeling and I'm in pain. I wanted a relaxing experience and it was not that. Save your money and your time! I paid for the service but most certainly did not tip. Pissed. read more

Low quality in my experience. I came in for a pedicure and my water was cold and not circulating like it typically is, and not changed when brought to their attention. I had gel on my toes and the lady tried to take it off with polish remover and I had to tell her to get the drill. In the middle, her drill died and she borrowed one from the tech next to her that was just used on someone else's feet! I had to insist they get a clean bit or a brand new one. She did and then eventually still tried to use the dirty one. The woman obviously didn't know what she was doing. She was so lost the whole time. Finally someone else took over but still did a poor job and kept trying to use old, dirty and/or unsanitized tools. The whole salon was very clearly not following the proper health and safety protocols and now I'm worried I'm going home with an infection. Don't go here!! read more

I went in with an appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes. I asked for a set of acrylic tips with a simple design (pictured below). I showed the nail tech this exact design and she didn't even follow it. I got a full set of acrylics. They were too square for me and too long. I kept telling her that they needed to be trimmed but it never happened. The tech didn't ever clean under the nails. I went home and had to clean and shape my nails to something I could work with. The design on the ring finger doesn't even look like stars. And after only less than a week the top glossy coat is gone. I'm very disappointed and will never return there. Hate to give a one star review. I called ahead and was still there for 2 full hours for a hard gel fill. All of my nails are misshapen, terribly thick and there's color all over in my cuticles and on my skin. When they first were drilling my old color off I asked them to completely remove the old color and she gave it a half ass attempt. Also, this was the salon owner doing my nails. Not impressed. I have given this place a couple of tries to redeem themselves but I'm yet to be impressed. It's great you can book an appt but they won't be on time so what's the point. The chairs are so uncomfortable and makes you feel like you are squatting the whole time you get a pedicure, after 20 minutes trying to fix it to make it better the chair shut down and the massager was stuck in my back. I got a gel deluxe manicure and you couldn't even tell, cuticles werent trimmed or pushed back, but my nails were filed to short little nubs I still have hang nails and the polish is lumpy and chipping. I also have gotten a few pedicures, they don't last more than 2 days with out chipping, I work from home at a computer, I am not rough or were shoes so there is no reason for chipping on my fingers or toes. Came in for a pedicure and Andy got me back right away, already had the water at the perfect temperature. It was one if not the best pedicures I've ever gotten. He was so sweet and very gentle. Nothing hurt or was even slightly uncomfortable at any point. It was quick but not rushed or done poorly. The color is beautiful and was applied evenly and not bumpy at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS!!! My 2 year old daughter and I went first thing this morning to get manicures. There were 3 nail techs available and no other customers throughout our visit. They placed us with a young man to begin my daughters manicure. Not one of the other techs offered to begin my nails while hers was being done. One did offer to wax my eyebrows, though afterwards returned me to the nail tech that was finishing my daughters. Once he began mine (25 minutes after we arrived) my daughter was being a typical 2 year old saying that she wanted a snack, wanted snuggles, wanted to go home, and accidently bumped the table 2 times. The young man stopped the service and said, "I think she needs to go home. You can come back tomorrow." After I told him that I couldn't come back tomorrow, he said that she needed to go home again. I was clearly upset as he left one hand filed with my nails looking extremely damaged. Remind you, there was no other customers throughout our visit! I left feeling extremely sad and angry that they were so unprofessional and forced us out when my daughter was just being a normal 2 year old. I will not be returning and advise anyone who is thinking of taking their kids there to go elsewhere! Made an appointment for 3:30 for 4 pedicures. Got there around 3:20. Appointment was for two children and two adults to celebrate birthday. Did not even sit down in chair until 4:25. Water was cold so had to wait additional 30 for warm water. She said the water heater is too small. Gal doing my toes burnt my skin with dremel, I had to ask four times to be shorter and another gal had to come over to help show her how to use file. I wanted to ask to see license because none were posted and my nails were totally crooked. I asked for a liner in tub twice but she said it's fine (did not clean or sanitize tubs while I was there), there may have been a language barrier, but I had to request grater for feet six times and the other workers overheard and helped her to do this. The gal brought out wax before finishing and took it to back to other room. She then used the grater on my feet, rinsed in the dirty water and put back in drawer (omg). The manner of the pedi was done out of order and I kept having to ask about missed steps but it was frustrating because she did not answer questions. I felt uncomfortable because I had to ask the gal next to her to ask and she would but then no one would answer my questions. Time for the paid extra paraffin wax dip. She brought out the two bags that she brought up previously so they were starting to cool and put them on my feet but could not get any over the top of my feet because it was too cold and the one Foote had a hole in the bag so that filled up the sink. It took three people and me trying to explain that there was a hole in it so it wasn't on my foot and nobody acknowledge that but eventually they brought out another bag. At this point I felt like I was to my wits end and I just wanted to go home and the happy day experience was no longer in any way shape or form happy. At 6 we finally got to the polish. I wanted melon toes (paid extra for gel) and a swipe of silver at the back of the big toe. Showed her, drew with my finger, she said okay, but then painted 3/4 at the top. This looked silly so she painted all the toes silver. :(. Three hours for a pedicure was not okay. No hot water was not okay. Unsanitary was not okay. No license displayed also not OK. Note to owner: If you're going to make an appointment or somebody stick to that appointment and don't take walk-ins ahead of them without letting them know that you're gonna take care of your appointment at their time. Don't make a mani-pedi appointment and forget the mani after taking three hours for pedi. An appointment that should take a maximum of an hour or maybe an hour and a half or four people should not take three hours and if you're gonna have so many chairs you should have people to work them as well as a hot water tank that fills them. Lastly, communicate to people. I'm okay with language barriers but someone should answer questions. read more

First time here. The first chair they put me in wasn't working properly. I had to wait almost an hour to get a pedicure done, i wasn't in any rush luckily and the pedicure was nice. Just wish i didn't have to wait so long and wish i got a chair that was working while i was waiting. Overall very happy and I'll probably be back. read more

My wife and I had an appointment for pedicures and were seated, had us put our feet in the water and wait for service. 35 minutes later no communication as to the delay and the water was cold by now. We understand there may be delays but would hope that would be communicated. I asked when they would be helping us after the 35 minutes and she, the manager, said they had people coming in soon from a different location. We left after waiting another 10 minutes.
