this used to be my go to spot !!! friendly staff and super nice. i had an appointment at 1pm and when i got there i sat and waited for about 40 minutes to be helped. i asked for a style that they've done to be before and did phenomenal on!! i wasn't sure if they had sticker numbers, so i ordered a pack of 10 pages and brought my own because im a little weird about drawing the numbers on (ocd lol) i knew id be coming back for numbers all year (my boyfriend plays for the utah grizzlies so during hockey season my nails are nothing but his number) so i left a 300 count of numbers for them so they'd have them for next time i was in!! today when i went in i showed them what they did to me last time and they said they had no numbers (i was here a month ago and left them) nor did the shape i wanted :( i loved this place and i still recommend, but this was just my personal experience from today! read more

Really wanted to love this place! My 3 girlfriends and I came here for pedicures. We got a reservation online a week in advance. We got there a few minutes before, and all the pedicure chairs and manicure chairs were full. Sadly, we had to wait 25 minutes after our reserved time to get going on our pedicures. When we sat down, I was disappointed that the woman wasn't wearing gloves. The nail removal products and cart were super messy. My husband and I came here as a date to get pedicures together. I called about an hour and a half to 2 hours ahead of time to book appointments for us. Setting up an appointment was easy! The salon is in a little strip mall with about 3-4 other businesses and there was no parking at all, so we ended up parking on the side of the road. The salon was clean inside and organized looking. Plenty of service stations, they all looked comfortable. Lots of workers and lots of customers on a Friday evening. We did the deluxe pedicure and then I had gel polish put on. Plenty of color options to choose from. The leg massage was really nice and the paraffin wax treatment is one of my favorite parts. The massage chairs worked well and it was a relaxing. We were there for about an hour. I was waiting to post a review to see how the gel held up because it was a lot thinner than I'm used to, but it's held up really well, it's been over a month and it still looks pretty good! The service total did end up being a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I feel like pedicures in general are about $30-$40, and then the gel was $15 extra. Not too crazy, but probably just a once in a while thing instead of something to do regularly. I would visit this salon again. read more

I just got this beautiful full set gel manicure from JJ Nails and Spa. Very first time going there. So sad I am moving away but when I'm in town definitely coming back here. They are the sweetest people that work there and have the best customer service. They offered me a drink, made sure I liked the colors and we agreed on a design. As well as massaging/moisturizing my hands and cuticles once they were done and I didn't even ask. They are just overall an amazing place!! I love the design they did on my nails. 10/10 recommend!! read more

The most expensive pedicure I have paid for and it is not good. My nails were slightly filed and not cut. They are uneven instead of straight across after being filed in the middle only. The white tips are not even, thickness varies on each nail and was not applied at the ends of the nails. The clear coat is so thick that it is lifting off my nails and was caked on the tops of my toes like it ran down. They looked fine when I left but then I started to notice that detail was lacking. read more

I came here with my mom and we had such an amazing time!! Everyone was so sweet and so willing to take care of us! We came on a busy Saturday and they skipped their lunch breaks to take care of us. We tried to get them to eat something and even offered to buy them food! But they worked so hard and did so great!! This is my second time going to this salon. They are all so nice and welcoming right from the start. It might seem a little pricey, but you definitely get when you are paying for. Vince has done my nails both times I've gone. He does the perfect nails! clean cut, design is perfect, every nail is smooth and perfectly shaped. I've always struggled finding a nail tech, that can do the designs I want. But Vince is spot on with the designs! Definitely worth every dollar spent! My granddaughter and I were given an appointment for 230 today on Monday the 24th for two pedicures. We specifically asked if we could have seats side-by-side. I've come all the way from Montana to visit and wanted a special day with my granddaughter. We were assured by the gentleman that booked us that 230 was available. We arrived on time but every chair was full and only three workers giving pedicures so there were people already waiting ahead of us. We finally got seated at 2:45 and told to soak our feet while we waited for the technicians to do our pedicures. My granddaughter had her feet in the water for over 30-40 minutes before someone finally came to start her pedicure and my feet were in the water for over 40-50 minutes before somebody finally was available to come do my pedicure. By that point I was so frustrated waiting so long and my granddaughter was halfway through her pedicure and I didn't want her waiting around for me to get mine done which would've taken a lot longer having adult feet and needing more special care. I'm so disappointed. I ended up not getting a pedicure as I didn't want her to wait. While I was waiting with my feet in the water I watched several people come into this salon and could tell that the salon had been way over booked as I continue to watch more and more people come in and no room for the work to be done. If you don't have space to accommodate a customer when you tell them they are going to have their appointment, be honest and tell them. It would've been so much better if you would've told me that you were going to be an hour late and we could have gone shopping and come back or rescheduled for another time. You are a professional establishment and know how long pedicures take and you can tell by your calendar if you're going to be able to get a customer in on time or not. A few minutes late is one thing but an hour is not. My granddaughter was so disappointed that she couldn't get her pedicure done with her grandma and felt really bad that I left without getting my pedicure and so did I. I wasn't offered any kind of compensation, discount on the next visit or a free pedicure for missIMG the time with my granddaughter and getting my pedicure. Not great customer service as far as I'm concerned. I won't be coming back. read more
