I was there this evening. There were three employees that were working when I walked in. I'm ok with that, and just stood waiting. They all continued to work while I waited a few minutes. One of the workers finally turned, looked straight at me, then went back to working. I don't expect every business to greet me as I walk in. (Moe's comes to mind) I do expect, that if someone knows I'm waiting, and nobody has talked to me yet, that they say something to acknowledge I'm there. Waiting + ignored = bad. I tossed my hands up a bit and said, "Welp", and walked out. Cue the laughter. The laughter, still without saying a word to me, is why I'm putting up this review. Staff is always friendly. Quick service. Chicken pesto flatbread is great. Pesto has a good flavor to it. Flatbread was perfect. Smoothies are always correct. Cheese quesadilla was good. The buffalo chicken wrap has alot of flavor. Several spots to sit and enjoy your meal. read more

Only complaint is the 'dilla said it came with roasted tomato salsa and that's the only reason I ordered the plain 'dilla. Knew the salsa would spice it up. Alas, all I got was a plain chicken cheese quesadilla. BUT, it did taste great and I had some Robbie's salsa I dipped it in. All is good. Also, the Caribbean Jerk was FIRE as always!!! read more

My daughter loves this place and says it's one of her faves in Cabot! Always fresh and tasty with prompt, courteous service!

I really liked this place. Food was tasty and a good solid menu of healthy choices. The service was really lacking. So slow. We got our drinks by the time we had finished eating. Sandwiches and salads were pretty tasty and I really felt like I was satisfied by the food. The place was clean and bright. Good concept, need to train the young ladies working there. read more

Terrible Customer Service! To many kids In the place no supervision, no leadership at all. They put a new person on the register. We get are food. Of course he got Are order wrong which is understandable. So we ask to fix it. They say ok! I went ahead and ate my food Becuz wife food was wrong. After I get done eating. I noticed her food wasn't even there so I asked the guy where it was and the lady said from the back I made it just can't get it out there. The guy told me they was backed up on the drive-thru and folks been waiting for 10 mins. I told him I ordered my food at 3:30 and it's now 4 o'clock. What's the excuse now! I'm not a huge fan of TS. And I haven't had TS since they moved into their new location. I'm not impressed. In the old location the service was horribly slow, but the food wasn't bad. Today the wife brought me home an Ultimate Club. I haven't tried one so this was the first. It was horrible. Just slabs of meat with a hint of cheese. Visiting the area for a few weeks and stopped here with a friend. The food was great! (I got the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and a Mango Magic smoothie). The prices are good, too. Employees were friendly. I will stop here again. read more

I stopped by to get my wife a smoothie as she has tue flu. I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes from 12:00 to 12:35. Seriously, I don't see how this place makes money because they are so slow. If you can't move customers during peak times you are doomed. And people were pulling up and leaving because of the line. I don't know if it is management, training, or just an inefficient layout altogether, but the store is always slow. They have great food and great smoothies! But the experience is horrible. Me and my friend come in almost every single morning simply because on top of getting great smoothies and food the team there cares about us and our diet that we are on. Our experience has been horrible the last few weeks. Too much goofing around behind the counter. The employees need to realize it's a big deal to spend $20-$30, get home and it's not worth eating. Great customer service. I've been out of state for a few years and my favorite wrap has been taken off the menu. My household is sick and couldn't leave the house, so whatever, I'll pay the outrageous delivery fees for Bitesquad. Wait well over an hour for our smoothies. Then what does my delicious Triple Berry oat taste like? ICE nothing but ICE WATER did you even put fruit in it? or Splenda that it is supposed to have? Don't you have recipes? How do you mess up?!?! Lately this place has been awful. The extremely long wait use to be ok because I would order ahead and pick up since speed is of no object there. But, they were so good and I would crave them. I will NOT be going back this is the THIRD time this has happened. Train your people, follow the recipe and also how about check with a straw test, the flavor? Also, I pay 0.99 for add-ins and they are never added in, don't charge extra for something if you're not going to put it in there pretty sure that's like false advertising and fraud for taking my money without providing the product. My husband got the chia banana smoothie with roasted bananas. Flavorful right?! Wrong. Still ice water taste I swear you couldn't tell the difference between the two very different ingredient based drinks.
