Used their app and ordered several dishes to celebrate my sister's birthday. Since sis is recovering from surgery we placed the order for pick up. Placed the order early in the AM for a dinner pick up. Since I'm visiting here without transportation the app has a perk of naming the person that will pick up the order. Food was ready at requested time. It was fresh and hot at the time of pick up. They double bagged all the food to keep it hot. Serving sizes were large and every container was labeled. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal. We have leftovers for tomorrow. I highly recommend you give Olive Garden a try. They definitely have my confidence and willingness to make them my go to. read more

This location never gets the new roll out promotion rights. I called on August 16 for an early dinner and two staff members were confused of my request for the portobello mushroom ravioli meal. I asked for a manager after my blood pressure rising from the stupidity of the staff. The manager comes to the phone after I called back because of course I was hung up on. After being called a man when I clearly stated my name is Jessica the manager says the staff member is new which doesn't explain why they wouldn't know the new promo item but whatever! I try to order again and the manager even says she has to go check it out! I've never known people to be so clueless of their own menu item!!! Clearly training and education is lacking here in the city of colleges. I drive to the location and spend my gas to arrive at the restaurant only to be told my order was never made nor would it be made even after I suggested I was willing to wait. I will never be back at this location for this isn't the first nor the second time this location has been rude and lacked education on menu and serving skills. read more

My son had been wanting to eat at Olive Garden for his birthday. It was a huge disappointment with the food. Service was very good but our food was just bleh... Chicken Parmesan tasted like heated up frozen patties you would get from the store. . Salad needed cut up and not be in huge chunks. Breadsticks were hard.. The atmosphere was like a fast food chain and not like the original restaurants. We won't be back. I normally would leave a great review and not post anything negative but OG you need to do better.. read more

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in years but this one is very well run and kept up with. Food was fresh and hot Breadsticks were right out of the oven and salad was crispy. All our other food was great. Our server Joey was amazing! He was on top of things and never left our cups empty. Ambiance was great! It was very clean in there and well kept. read more

I have tried this Olive Garden location on four separate occasions, each being worse than the time before. I really don't love giving bad reviews, but this place has truly earned it. I'm not sure whether it's the management, cooks or service, but to not have a drink or bread sticks on the table in the first 15 minutes of being seated is just unheard of. Maybe it's because win from a city, but this is easily the worst Olive Garden location I have been to. The most recent visit featured soup with old ingredients, the kale being visibly vomit green. The spaghetti featured the most unpleasant seasonings, tasting like spoiled tomato and an odd citric taste. The chicken parm was actually great, but the service, appetizers, and lack of attention made it not worth it. I had a lot of hope for this location, so better management! Olive Garden can be so much more than what you are allowing it to be. read more

Ordered the soup and salad, the salad and breadsticks were delicious as always but both soup I tried tasted so watered down no amount of salt and pepper helped. I first had a sort of vegetable soup that was weighed down with red and white beans the tomato broth had no flavor. The second soup was a potato and sausage mixture and it was the same. The broth was so thin. It was just like water, potatoes, and sausage mixed together no thickness I remember their soup used to be so much better. The brighter side is I tasted my daughter's chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. If I ever go back that is what I'll order. read more

SO EXCITED that we finally have an Olive Garden in Conway! They provide great service and of course the food is great as you would expect from their restaurants. The place is brand new so it has a very nice ambiance. Make sure to download their app and join the waiting prior to getting to the restaurant if you are going at peek times to avoid a long wait. read more

So happy conway has gotten an olive garden. We went the second day they were open and the waitress was very nice. Food came fast and tasted great. Only issue was the soup my grandma ordered was a little skimpy on potatoes and had huge chunks of kale, but they were happy to bring out a new soup for her. Keep up the great service! read more

Great Food and Service as always from Olive Garden. We just had our new location open up here in Conway and so far they're doing a fantastic job. We tried Lunch on a Friday but it was packed so we came back Sunday and had a great lunch. We couldn't pass up their endless pasta bowl deal. What a great addition to Conway. My son really wanted to go, so we finally went there. The food was good, the service is also good, my husband loved their soup and bread sticks. We were saying that we would definitely go back, but when it was time to pay, they charged us for the table game. The kiosk was there for kids to play, right? But why they charge the kid for playing the games. I went to another empty table and found out it said $2.99 for free unlimited games. It is confusing for kids, I mean adults wouldn't play the games. Other restaurants have the kiosks but would not charge you to play. $2.99 is not much, it was just not clear and misleading for kids and parents. I don't think we would go back for their dishonest. read more

I eat here 2 times weekly faithful but today service was the worst I had .the bread was so hard I hit it on the table to get the bartender attention and she stated that's all they had and I had to wait almost 20 min to get that at the time .and when I get my lasagna it was burnt and scorched . Manager was notified and try to rectify the problem . Don't know what this issue was tonight. read more

After the first review, someone contacted us to talk about the visit we had and asked us to give them a second shot to dine with them. So tonight we did just that. We went a little earlier in the evening, which was quieter than before. Then we went in, we got seated immediately at a table by one of the waiters. Who continued to be our waiter throughout service. He promptly asked us what to drink and continued to show exceptional service. We continued to order our soups with salad that came very reasonably on time following our dinners. Very polite and on point service. When we where about to leave we had some issues with the kiosk, with payment. To be expected, but really do miss just paying the waitstaff with cash or card and they ring it up. Not just this place but many other restaurants. You lose out on the person to person contact. We finished up and we were very pleased with the dining we had here at Olive Garden this time. Thank you. read more
