I love this tropical smoothie cafe. The employees are friendly & the service is quick. I am obsessed with the kiwi quencher smoothie & i always get their chipotle chicken club, which is perfectly made everytime & is so tasty. It's kind of affordableish. The chicken club and smoothie are almost the same price which makes it a bit steep for two items so I don't order food often but when I do, it's enjoyable. All the ingredients taste fresh. The cafe is in a standalone building but for some reason I've always had trouble locating the driveway. Maybe they need to improve on the signage. Anyway, I've visited this place a couple of times and had tried their smoothies and and lunch items. Their main focus is obviously the smoothie. The first one I tried was the Avocolada. It's way too sweet for me. So the next time I made it a point to look at the labels and picked one with lower calories. Acai Berry Boost was a much better experience for me. We've also tried their flatbreads. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was excellent. My son also liked their Chipotle Chicken Club. Flatbreads come with a free side. I highly recommend their Kale & Apple Slaws. The portion could be a bit bigger for lunch but I guess it's reasonable with the lower price tag than a typical lunch menu. Service is on par. One lady was so sweet that after knowing that I've waited for so long just to pick up a smoothie, she gave me an edible straw. That was a nice gesture. read more

I've only had smoothies and bowls here. In general, I feel smoothies are too sweet. One time I even had edible straw and I had sugar overload. I like their bowls better -- more complex taste, more texture, and more perception of being healthful from the fruits and fibers. I've had Bahama Mama bowls a couple of times and I highly recommend it. The bowls look small but they are dense and more filling than you think. Staff are always friendly. Very difficult to order at the drive through and when I went to pay the drive through guy took it upon himself to scroll to the bottom of the credit card machine and give him the largest amount for a tip. My guess 20%+. Had to get a manager to ring up my order again without the undeserved tip. I always tip, but wow! Check your bill before paying at this place! read more

I hadn't eaten a vegetable all weekend and wanted something healthy in my system. I ordered the Island Green Smoothie with a shot of Whey Protein and a Chicken Flatbread sandwich. The smoothie was soooo on point I could not put it down! I wish the chicken had a little more flavor though. I visited this location today 06/04 . I ordered a Caribbean Jerk chicken wrap with vegan chicken. I also ordered two smoothies . When I ordered I also ordered another wrap but the cashier neglected to add it to my order . The total cost of my order was $27.89 . When I returned home I realized that I didn't have the second wrap . I returned to the restaurant and explained to the manager that I was missing a wrap that I thought I ordered. They pulled the receipt up and the other wrap wasn't added to my order . I thought $27.89 was a bit much for a wrap and two smoothies but it did add up . The issue I have is the manager neglected to enter my order as a combo ( 1 wrap and a smoothie plus a bag of chips with the added smoothie would have been around $18-$19 dollars. In my opinion this is extremely bad customer service due to the fact that the manager should have entered this order as a combo meal: I ended up reordering my wrap and I paid full price . I eat other locations of TSC and I've never had this issue ( they always enter it under the combo price ) . This location is obviously not compliant with what other franchises are charging customers . I will be calling corporate on Monday to address my issue about this location. read more

I've stopped by here regularly for the last 3-4 years. Always quick and a better option than fast food. Something changed over the last few months. Multiple times no one answered the drive thru call box and I had to park and go in and service is really slow. Like 20 minutes for a smoothie slow in the drive thru. Not sure what happened but if someone wants to open a smoothie or juice place in this area, I'd gladly change my business over to somewhere new. read more

We need a sandwich place in the area. I know there is Subway, but I'm not a fan. I've been here twice. On my first visit, I tried Baja Chicken Toasted Flatbread. One the second visit, I tried Thai Chicken Noodle bowl. I like both. Though I will say that the flatbread was a better deal for the price. Hey the smoothies are good and the wraps are good too! For a lower calorie count on the smoothies ask to substitute the turbinado high end sugar cane for a Splenda substitute. First time customer this past weekend... Cafe doors locked, long, slow drive-thru line, waited for over 20 minutes to pick up 2 smoothies that were ordered and paid for online. Picked them up inside the cafe when an employee let me in and discovered she was the ONLY PERSON working that morning, taking orders, making smoothies, building sandwiches, filling orders and taking payment at the window... NOT GOOD. I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be filled. Needless to say, she looked extremely harassed, so I didn't take my frustration out on her. I just felt sorry for her.
