The service was quick, and soon we were back on the road with two coffees. Both were excellent. Mrs. K declared the Blondie perfect, and my drip coffee with a small splash of cream was just right. I still don't understand why the Green Siren people insist on roasting their beans until they taste burned, while 7 Brew manages a roast that is smooth and balanced without any bitterness. That difference is why we'll happily go out of our way for them. The only drawback is that 7 Brew is drive‑through only, so it's not a place where I can linger with my laptop. When I expressed my disappointment about being told to wait and then ignored, she responded in a dismissive and somewhat rude tone, saying, "The boy always tells people that," and added that they had already removed their headsets. There was no apology or concern for the customer experience. If the hours posted say you're open until 8:00 PM, that should mean you're serving customers until that time--not walking out the door. Based on this interaction, it seems 8:00 PM means that's when the staff leaves, not when they stop serving. This is incredibly poor business practice. Turning customers away 10-20 minutes before close, after asking them to wait, shows a complete lack of professionalism. Judging by other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. There are frequent complaints about this location not opening on time or closing early. It's clear there's a serious lack of oversight and accountability. If the owners are aware and allow this behavior to continue, that's even more concerning. I try and stop here every time I'm in town but will be looking for an alternative place. Follow-Up Review / Response to Management: I keep seeing responses asking customers to "provide more information," but the problem is very clear and consistent: your store is not operating during the posted business hours.
