I normally hate shakes based in water and not milk but the birthday cake flavor was so potent that I didn't even notice the lack of milk! I stopped in the grab a gift card during the holiday season, and this place isn't in my daily travels but I will definitely be back again when I'm in the area!

The past few times I went there, the smoothies were not made to their usual high standard. They either were not blended completely, the flavors were tasting off, or there were big ice chips inside. They also have been out of dark chocolate, the past three times I have tried to order a chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie. And this past time that I went, we had two smoothies and two quesadillas, and we both spent all afternoon in the bathroom. So they obviously are not up to their usual clean standards and they're having unsafe food handling issues or unsafe temperature issues. This is the first time that I have ever gotten sick from eating there. And it was both of us, so I know it was either the smoothie or the quesadilla. So to the owner of this place, you should probably figure out what's going on and why things are going downhill, because it's not good!!!

This is the best tropical in the area in terms of quality. Every other location I've been to the smoothies are always chunky, this one has the same perfect consistency every time. Pro tip: Order your regular smoothie without any sugar. You probably won't notice a difference in taste but the sheer amount of sugar they put and everything to start is ridiculous read more
