Every time I go there one of them kids have an attitude, it's almost as if you are open for business and I can come in and place an order.

Unfortunately first and last time at this location as for some reason the girls working there have a nasty attitude. Ordered two smoothies and those were fantastic and made fast. But the girl taking the order was rude, unfriendly, and didn't bother to greet or ask if we were ready to order as we were the only ones standing in there for about 5 minutes. I would give a better review if it weren't for the fact that they mislabeled my quesadilla as plant based protien (which is what i ordered) and it was actually chicken. I haven't eaten meat in years and I didn't realize that it was real chicken until I ate most of it. When I called, the girl on the phone did apologize, however she didn't offer me anything for the mistake. I won't trust getting food from there again but I do like the smoothies. I stop in today to use the rest room (side note all of the employees knows me from coming in weekly ) I was in a hurry today and needed a public rest where I felt safe to use and was told I couldn't use the rest room if I'm not a paying customer and was told that I had to buy something to use the rest room. This is got to be the cleanest, orderly tropical smoothie café I've been to. Everything smells sanitized like a hospital. There are bottles of alcohol sanitizer foam pumps every 10 feet away on each table and countertop, And when they're not too busy or making an order they are wiping down and sanitizing everything behind their workstations the register the countertops the door handles etc. This is how every business should be but unfortunately they all are not. My daughter and her friends just love this place. It seems to really appeal to teenagers. And even though I know a lot of smoothies are full of sugar and maybe not as healthy as people think they are...still, it's a big improvement over fast food and at least there are fruits (in most of them). I'm happy to have a smoothie place close to home. It's cute inside, the service has been friendly, and I've had no complaints with my drink. Recently I had a seasonal berry/cranberry smoothie. It tasted pretty much just like a berry smoothie, but it was really good. It would be nice if they offered small and large sizes. Right now it's one size (huge), which is great sometimes but other times I might want a smaller drink. I haven't tried any of the food yet but I'm sure I will eventually. read more

I know this is a chain and the experiences should be similar at each location but this is easily the best location for consistency and customer service. I come in at least 1-2 times a week to make orders for everyone at my business and they always make sure my order is perfect. The staff is always helpful. I also appreciate how cautious and safe they are during this time. If this isn't your closest tropical smoothie location it may still be worth it to make the trip. read more

One of my favorites is the detox green because it is naturally sweetened plus i add strawberries. YUM. i also recommend the baja chicken wrap. It has beans and avocado. Its quite tasty. Covid has nothing to do with the poor service at this location. It was a bad experience because the order taker couldn't hear anything we ordered. With that said, it was no surprise the order taker got order wrong. The manager blamed it on the masks and the safety glass. Here's my tip: turn down the music. It's pretty sad when none of your employees and customers can't hear each other. I couldn't even hear myself think, the music was so loud!
