Walked in just a 10 minutes ago two workers both saw me and just continued to talk. I walked out. This place does not deserve your business

Every time I order or come here my order is either wrong entirely or they forget items that I paid for. Their location NEVER answers their store phone. Why even have a phone number listed if the line is just going to ring for hours on end, even when you call DURING open business hours. Food is decently prepared at times, usually I have a sloppy presentation when I open my wraps but it's fast food I'm not looking for perfection. so I started eating less and less here due to the constant issues of wrong orders and forgotten items, But after today of them not only putting ingredients into my order that I requested to NOT have on the food that I paid for, they also forgot items in my order again and wouldn't answer the store phone. Unless you're in the store watching them make the order so you can make sure it's all made right and or you get everything you pay for, go somewhere else. I won't be back that's for sure I'm tired of my money being wasted on things I didn't order or stolen with them not providing items I pay for. And after the drink I just wasted 16$ on because it tastes absolutely disgusting, and they didn't give me the side I paid for. Yeah I'm good. And do not give me the "I'm so sorry" pre typed out bullshit you give everyone. Fix your store or shut up. read more

I have sent at least 6 correspondence through the tropical smoothie contact page and no one has gotten back to me in over a week

We have ordered from here several times and been very pleased with the results. They close at 7:00, and at 6:15 tonight I placed an online order for a Thai chicken(with extra chicken) salad (with no Carrots) and a Beach club salad with no romaine for the wife. After paying $20 for 2 salads I was appalled with what we got when we got home. Mine was just a bowl of chicken with some dressing, my wife's was a pathetic amount of spinach, no tomato,.. just anemic. When we called the restaurant there was so much music and background noise he couldn't communicate with us. We asked for them to be remade, the response, oh, we close at 7.. it was 6:50. Terrible experience. If you order to go from them check it in the store so you can address the issue there. read more

Not sure why this place can be 2 1/2 stars when it is absolutely outstanding. Smoothie is perfect thickness, food is always on point, service is exceptional. Cleanliness is apparent throughout store, including bathroom. Easy parking. The end to end experience is five stars all way, every time. I had the caprese chicken sandwich with bacon, peaches and silk smoothie, and apple slaw. It's all a wow. read more

I was the only person in line for about five minutes without acknowledgment, so I began to wonder if the two workers behind the counter thought I was waiting on a online order or something. Once I asked if I can order the woman seemed put out and said yea then walked away. Shortly after she took my order reluctantly it seemed. This was the first time that I stiffed on a tip ever. They seem to prioritize online orders over customers. I'm very laid back and chill so if I'm annoyed, Karen is gonna lose her shit. Theres one of these at Bragg that slays, no problems ever. Smootie was good but save your $9 dollars for someplace else. The owner has gotta come regulate and probably pay their employees more because these two could care less. 5 stars for this cafe!! My family stayed in Destin on vacation and I was in search of a healthier choice for lunch. We found this place, and I ended up going three days in a row! Every smoothie I tried was great and tasted fresh. Our whole family was very pleased. Wish we had one close to us in Texas! Costumer service was great. They were fast and helpful when I asked questions. Everyday they had our smoothies out in less than 5 minutes. read more

The only one in the store and it took 10 minutes of me standing at the register for someone to take my order. Wasn't really mad about that. I ordered a baja CHICKEN wrap ... there was no chicken. I also ordered 2 of the hummus and veggie wraps and there was no humus.... I can understand sometimes things slip your mind but how do you forget the main ingredients to your wraps.... Very impressed with this little cafe. I was fully expecting to have to pay $7 for a smoothie since we were in Destin. The smoothie was $5 and the menu looked so good and reasonably priced we ate their too. Great sandwiches, flatbreads, and quesadillas. Sad we didn't find this place sooner in our trip! read more

just started getting in to smoothies and my daughter took me to her favorite smoothie place first time was great! I went in there a second time ordered a smoothie and some food before I walked out I took a drink and found a small white beard hair I knew it was a beard hair because there was only one white guy in there and he had a white short beard. Anyway I was in a huge hurry so I was like I'm gonna let it go! I take another drink and I found two more!! At this point I was like omg that's crazy but I was doing mind over matter I let it go! I get in the car start driving about 10 min later I am not even playing I took another drink and found 4 hairs it was like a mouth full of hair!! How is that possible to find 7 hairs!!!! How do you accidentally lose 7 hairs!! I swear I think he put it in my drink! I was very nice even tipped well idk why he would do something like that! Now I have to find a new smoothie place because that was just gross! If by chance he didn't do it on purpose then he has to have a medical problem and needs to wear a beard net! Worse customer service ever! Employees did not acknowledge us when we entered the store. Even worse, they continued to IGNORE us when we asked for service. The male employee swept the floor in circles as the female never turned to even face us, continued folding napkins. The store was completely empty and now I see why. This review is on today's visit. I usually love Tropical smoothie. But the were two blondes, one slim with longer hair that was friendly and one that had medium build and blonde hair that acted unprofessional. When I made my order for a jerk chicken bowl and smoothie she was not friendly and rolled her eyes and pursed her lips at her coworker as her coworker talked to another customer. After she called my order, I walked out to the car only to realize afterwards that I received a wrap. When I came back in to get her attention, she walked away from me as I was talking. So I stuck my head around the corner and said my order was wrong. She took off her gloves and threw them on the counter. A nice man came out and gave me the correct order. I never had a jerk chicken bowl before but it was not good and I did not finish it. It might have been a state of mind too as I was flabbergasted at her behavior. read more
