This is one of the fastest services for tropical smoothie in the area. The staff is helpful and can quickly complete your order. I recommend downloading the app, makes paying easier and they also have lots of rewards. The bathroom is clean. The only problem is the area for seating is very small. Have had good luck with you guys in the past however today your store made a HUGE mistake. Ordered the Hummus wrap and the Paradise punch smoothie with add ins. Due to being sick wasn't able to eat it for a couple hours after my Husband brought it home. Opened it up took a bite and what do my teeth land on.... Chicken. Now to most people that wouldn't be an issue, but not to someone WHOS ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN!!! Literally I have the order of what was asked and you completely just put whatever tf you wanted in there. My visit to this Tropical Smoothie was great! It's a fairly new designed location, so it's clean and welcoming. The employees are nice and helpful. They know what they're doing and make great smoothies. They have a great consistency and are ice cold (believe it or not I've had warm Tropical Snoothies). The smoothies come out in a timely manner and I have nothing to complain! The dining area is clean and we taken care of (Take note Neabsco Mills Tropical Smoothie!). For my daughters I ordered the chicken quesadilla and ham and cheese wrap. The liked the ham and cheese wrap the best. They also enjoyed the Jetty Junior smoothie that was strawberry/banana flavored. I ordered the Detox Island Green smoothie. It surprisingly was well balanced with the ratio of greens to fruit. I appreciated the option to have full sweetener, half or none for the smoothie. Probably the poorest managed Tropical smoothie I have patroned. Under staffed, phones never answered and always ringing, lines always long, no organization. Everyone is always running around like a chicken with their heads cut off in chaos even when there is no need. Don't ever select curbside because you have to call and well they don't answer the phones, go inside and it's likely a 20 minute wait just to have your order taken. Picking up an order inside is a hit or miss. I really want to like this location but most times its worth the drive to another one. :( read more

They're always rather quick with service and we've never had a bad experience. It's close to home, which is great. We come by once a week or so-- would be more if those DARE tables outside were gone. We have grown tired of them asking for donations and being pushy when we go to get smoothies. We rush by and pretend to be on our phones now so they harass us less. We love DARE and the idea behind it, but it's just too much for every time we are in the shopping center. They've even been incredibly loud while I've actually been on my phone (LOL) with my bank. Normally I like their smoothies, but at this Dumfries location the guy at the counter made a TERRIBLE Very berry cranberry smoothie that literally tasted like chemicals!! It was so nasty, and not done right at all! I asked him to redo the smoothie, yet again soooo gross! Then he said he would make another smoothie, so I ordered my USUAL Paradise Point, come to find out that one DID NOT taste the way it normally does! I was so annoyed at this point, I asked for a refund. Instead of being polite, the same guy (brown hair, beard) was extremely rude to me! Claiming that he had been working there for "seven years" and that he "had trained everyone there", and all this BS that I didn't want to hear!
