I do love their smoothies here. The app makes for easy ordering, and they have a fantastic rewards program which provides handsome discounts. Ambiance is minimalistic, but it is clean and bright. I do think that from a health and safety standpoint, they should probably require hair nets for employees like the guy who was working today to wear over his full beard. I do find it kind of off putting to have him making my smoothies/food with all that hair on his face literally hanging down towards my smoothie, wraps, etc. If management reads this, please consider. These cafes always have clean public restrooms. Their service is also incredibly fast. When ordered just a few minutes ahead, my order is almost always ready for me when I arrive for pick up. I do wish more kids' smoothie flavors were available in a 12 ounce size. They limit it to only 3 flavors (except special occasions (e.g. the Stitch themed one). It would also be nice to sub out ingredients in the kids' smoothie via the app as I can for my own. Kids also love the cookies here - particularly the Snickerdoodle cookies. I can see why this place only has three stars on average. I had just left the dentist office next door and my daughters wanted smoothies. I thought "great idea it may help my swelling to have a frozen healthy treat" when we saw a sign that said "closed for a few minutes. Online orders please knock" first off what does that even mean? What's a few minutes? When did you put the sign up? And more importantly WHY? My grand daughter was playing in the puddles from the rain and I tried the door. Open. Perfect. We walk inside. Two girls were working barely late teens or very young looking. One got annoyed and said "online order?" I said no. As I'm looking at the menu. She said "oh well we're closed due to having a large catering order." So hold up. You're not closed for a "minute" you're closed all day because you can't handle doing your job and a large order? But didn't lock the door and didn't put that on the sign. This tells me your boss probably had no idea this was happening and if they did well then I guess they don't want to stay in business long. I was recently in the area and ended up eating here twice during my stay. Finding healthy food (sometimes even any food prominently featuring produce) on a trip can be difficult. I was so happy to find a place where I could get a green smoothie with no added sugar -- that would be the Detox Island Green, for those interested. We were the only two people there... and I ordered coconut flakes on mine and I did t receive any. We were traveling through Arizona and stopped for a smoothie. There were no other customers in the store at the time. We were greeted rudely by one of the employees. We were told that they could not help us for at least 20 minutes because they were backed up with online orders. The manner in which she addressed us was curt and disrespectful. We've had to wait for orders in other venues, but have never been treated so rudely. In the future, I hope that management can address the importance of customer service with their employees. I'm sad to say that today's experience was not a positive reflection on their business. read more

There have been a few scenarios where I have had the worst possible customer service experience with this location due to staff and the level of service provided. Today, I witnessed the staff members being combative and rude towards feedback shared from a prior occasion as opposed to respectfully accepting or approaching the feedback provided. I have never been mistreated like that before, nor will I allow for these staff members to silence my voiced opinions/concerns. Just ordered from this place before I had work made an online order at 9:20 and I was told to get there at 9:36 so when I got to the place I had no problem waiting I told the lady at the register I am waiting for an online order and she told me it was gonna be a little bit so that was fine and took a seat and I was waiting for her to call my name and more and more people start to walk in and everyone else's name is getting called but mine so 30 minutes have passed and I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my order and she still hasn't called my name so I get up and start walking on the register and it looks like she just put my food to the side and she never called my name so I wasted 30 minutes there Just sitting and waiting while everyone else got their food it's kind of made me sad because I was already so hungry and I am a very patient person and I just really didn't like how no one acknowledge me in the situation, but everybody else was acknowledged:( Everything on the menu did look good, but I really hope this doesn't happen again. read more
