I asked for my dirty sauce on the side and did not receive it on the side. I was nervous because I have a lot of allergies, but it ended ok. I got the Cupid bread because it's close to Valentine's Day so they have hot pink bread. That made the experience more fun for sure! The sandwich was delicious and too big for me to eat. I had to save the other half for later, but I am not complaining! Great portions and great sandwiches. The bread was a little harder than I would've liked, but other than that, everything was good. I ordered it online and when I went to pick up my order, the place smelled amazingggggg. I would definitely go again.

I didn't want my food to hold up everyone else's because it will take 20 minutes (minimum) So I did. Pizza came out in 10 minutes and no one else at my table ordered yet because she never came back. I had to look for her as my pizza was getting cold and I didn't want to eat while no one had their food. She came took my pizza and threw it under a heat lamp which kind of made the cheese stiff but with that - it was surprisingly good. Hubby ordered a cheese steak sandwich and liked it. My Daughter ordered the boneless wings and said it was really good (my husband had a couple and agreed) and her hubby had sliders and liked it. It was fun playing the Family Feud game. We did come in third. Like I said, food was good. Service wasn't great. Just not my type of place. It did look like another waitress came in close to us leaving. I did see our waitress grabbing drinks at the bar too so she may have had just too much to do.

If you're in Glendale and looking for a great sandwich, stop here. The second I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman with a turquoise streak in his hair (I'm guessing owner or manager) and a friendly staff that made me feel welcome right away. I ordered the Gin Blossom and another sandwich that had pastrami, salami, another meat, fresh vegetables, and their psycho sauce on sourdough. I can't remember the name of that one, but I did get to sample the psycho sauce, and it was fantastic--bold, flavorful, and definitely something I'd recommend trying. As for the Gin Blossom, wow. Turkey, cranberry, vegetables, and sourdough--and somehow it tasted like Thanksgiving in the best possible way. The turkey had that savory, slightly salty flavor, and the cranberry balanced it out perfectly without being overly sweet. Every bite just worked. I ordered the half sandwich, and it was exactly the right amount of food for lunch. What really surprised me was how fast everything came out. The young folks making the sandwiches were hustling. I figured I'd have time to sit down, scroll through my phone, and relax for a bit, but I was barely settled before my order was ready. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was maybe five minutes. Fast service without sacrificing quality is always a win. The atmosphere is cozy, quirky, and modern without trying too hard. It's clean, welcoming, and has that neighborhood sandwich shop feel that makes you want to come back. Between the friendly service, the delicious food, the speed of the staff, and the overall vibe of the place, this spot gets two thumbs up and five stars from me. Our server never checked on us we had to find another server to let them know. She also never returned so we could not get refills on our drinks. She returned to offer us cheese but after 3 of the 4 of us had finished our meals. However, we had reservations and arrived early and they were able to seat us in a comfortable corner where we got to enjoy our conversation. Again, our past experiences have been positive and so we will not let one bad evening stop us from returning.
