How can you tell the food was good? When you get a nice big portion and you still manage to finish it all. What a treat to join in for a Yelp Elite event and visit this location to try a free meal with a friend! We both loved our meals and enjoyed them thoroughly. I got the Thai Chicken Crunch and it was savory, crunchy and filled with good vegetables and flavor. It was a fantastic salad. My friend got the Honey Crispy Chicken wrap. It was sweet and crispy like you'd expect, and the ingredients in it all complemented eachother very well. It was a delicious wrap. The atmosphere is clean, clear and inviting. We felt welcomed upon entering this location and were pleased at how open the room is. The outdoor seating was comfortable and included outdoor fans, which kept us nice and cool as we ate. The servers were patient and attentive, and made our food well. The serving size on both the wrap and salad was substantial. Overall, this was such a treat and a wonderful experience. 1st timer..the only real issue was the portion size and lacking of ingredients in our salad/rice bowl. My chicken bowl was so dry and lacked sauce and rice. The crispy chicken salad basically only had a few bites of chicken and greens. Should've taken a picture of our meal. There's so many other places to get salad/rice bowls in the area that this wouldn't be anywhere in our top 3 of choice. We left hungry. So I don't know if it was just an off day? Because according to previous reviews that the portions are huge?? We didn't need huge just reasonable amount of food? There's indoor and outdoor seating. Food was fresh and satisfying. Black beans and rice were very good, but I loved the grilled onions and corn. The tomatoes were fresh and the avocado was perfect. Chicken was cooked perfect and it was nice and juicy. Hubby got a honey chicken wrap. That was absolutely delicious. Everything in the wrap was fresh crunchy just perfect. Also got a water and an orange drink. The cookie for me was on the sweet side, but it was still good, topped off the meal nicely. I was greeted by 2 Yelp members who were friendly. They gave precise info about what was included in the event. I received a Just Salads tote bag & had the option of assorted Yelp swag. The restaurant employees were helpful, polite, & patient---I wasn't familiar with the menu but they weren't bothered by my need to read everything & take a while to make up my mind! I was part of a Yelp experience for Just Salad PGA local. The event was well planned and I was greeted by the restaurant staff and event staff. The restaurant has good lighting and a very nice atmosphere. I had the Thai chicken Crunch salad. The lime, dry noodles and peanut dressing were all excellent touches that added to the salads taste. Did a quick pick up late at night. Food was all pretty still stocked so I expected food to be decent. Everything was soooo dry! I did a protein bowl because I was starving and it was honestly worse than a microwaveable meal. I had a few bites and had to search for some kind of sauces to cover it all. I was super ecstatic to come to this place I couldn't be here about a month ago, when originally planned. Thrilled I came! I knew ahead of time what I wanted to try; which was the Blast avocado Toast and Detox Smoothie! The toast really just set as the bar high for any avocado toast I will be eating from now on. I never had the concoction of ingredients the toast was topped with together, but it was delicious, flavorful, I feel abundantly full and pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was for lunch today! The detox cleanse smoothie was made exactly how it is portrayed, nothing less of just pure goodness and fresh ingredients. I am definitely coming here as often as I can! I was so excited about Just Salad coming to my town! I first experienced their avocado toast and salad at a 5K race in Boca during the summer. Low and behold, I noticed they were building in PBG about a week later when visiting a neighboring restaurant. Just Salad did an excellent job marketing their grand opening $5 specials with email blasts to Palm Beach Post subscribers as well as Facebook posts. The $5 specials include some of the signature salads, warm bowls, and I believe the avocado toast. These deals run through today (10/13/21). I visited last night for dinner and ordered the Earth bowl to go, a Fall seasonal menu item, sans the beets. The vegan feta surprisingly mirrored regular feta and I highly doubt I would have noticed a difference. The roasted sweet potatoes were soooooo good and I love the roasted almonds. I tossed with the recommended balsamic dressing. P.S. They'll ask if you want light, medium or heavy dressing. I appreciate this! I also appreciate the fact the calories are lower than competing establishments across the board. Additionally, I like the plant based and vegan options as my daughter is Vegan. Finally, I love their commitment to sustainability and I support the $1 reusable bowl. I can't wait to return and try some of the other menu items starting with the warm chicken thigh and goat cheese bowl. I'm not a huge smoothie fan, but I confess the plant-based smoothies look intriguing. Specifically, I'm gravitating toward the almond berry blast. Really gotta give a shout out to Tricia and Matthew, who managed a short line with patience, professionalism, and kindness! This was our first visit to Just Salad, and overall I was very happy with what I saw and tasted! Visually, the diner is bright, clean, and earth-friendly modern! Love being able to see fresh ingredients on the menu and along the bar, the calorie counts AND the carbon footprint. Love seeing so many plant-based option, including the smoothies!! And I'm definitely interested in the idea of a reusable bowl. Every little bit helps! The menu was varied but not so much to be confusing. We tried the Harvest Bowl with chicken, 1/2 Egg-Avo Toast, a Fajita Bowl, a Teriyaki Bowl, and a Farmers Basket with the vegan chicken. There's a lot that goes into the bowls, so be sure to read the list to avoid having to remove an entire cup of bell peppers or pickled radishes. The vegan chicken had the consistency of fried clams, a little tough but still tasty. Nothing to rave about. I tried the Detox Cleanse smoothie--whew! That's got a ginger kick! But it was good! The Banana-strawberry smoothie was delish! Highly recommend that for the little people in your life.. My only complaint, if I had to make one, is that you can't actually see the list of sides, alternate ingredients, or salad dressing option until you're right at the counter. The manager, Germain is so friendly, professional and always accommodating. He always greets me with a huge smile and a friendly hello when I enter (I'm there a few times a week). I always think to myself "Just Salad is so fortunate to have him on their team." He's that good! It is just the right amount of heat and the large quantity of leafy greens makes sure you won't be hungry. Purchasing a reusable salad bowl gets you a free topping with every our base when you bring your bowl back. I really liked the detox green smoothie and was please to see that a medium salad and smoothie was $12.99 and the medium salad was still a generous portion.
