Worst customer service EVER, owner doesn't care AT ALL about keeping customers happy. He talked me into getting a package of 3 spray tans without mentioning they would expire within a certain timeframe. I don't like to get a spray tan every week, I like to do it for a special occasion. I try to talk to him on the phone to see if he would still let me use my last spray tan and he refuses, gives me an attitude, and just doesn't give a crap. Secondly, you will see little to NO color from the spray tan. I got the darkest you could get and I get more color from my self tanner at home. Not to mention, the decor is so dated and you feel like you're in a tanning salon back in the 90s. Please steer clear of this place and the owner, he owns a few locations and he should not be in the customer service/retail industry. I will continue to tell all my friends in the area about how horrible this place is. read more

My wife are getting ready for a cruise in a week and though it would be good to get a base tan going. Walked in and was met with a big smile and the best customer service ever. So good I'm writing this in the parking lot. She should get a raise!!! Please was clean and everything went perfectly. We will be back for sure. read more

Don't get a spray tan, you'll be charged extra with no results. Don't bother asking for a refund or credit, because the man on the phone will basically tell you to fuck off and hang up on you $45 later and I'm still pale, should of just went to Aruba tan. read more

Tan Man in shop has some type of issue that makes customer service difficult for him to understand. Drives a bright blue suv and parks it at the door of the shop. You would think that if you were the owner, you'd park somewhere else. Arrogant and unable to understand customer concerns. read more

The customer service is O.K. While there are some people who are knowledgable about tanning and the prices there, many are not. I've been charged different prices for a spray tan.. You ask the same question and will get ten different answers. However, the staff is always friendly and the salon is pretty clean. ***Also, their prices are ridiculous. Staff was super friendly. I was there to use mystic tan and I could not get it to start. The girl working did acknowledge that it has to be tapped sometimes and showed me how to do it. I, however, could not get it to work, so I had to get dressed, go back out to find the girl working and ask her to help me. She got it working and ran out of the room. I then had to quickly undress again so that I could catch the start of the spray. The girl working was great, the place was clean, but I hope they can get the start up sensor working on the mystic tan. I will probably go back and just take a robe and ask the person working to get it started for me. read more

Great tanning salon. Extremely clean location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Packages and products are reasonably priced and you can even reserve the ultra bronze bed. (Super awesome tan on that bed AND comfy). Radios, towels, mints, and goggles always provided. New salon in the back where my girlfriend now gets her hair cut and raves about the stylist. Great prices, she gets cut and colored for VERY reasonable cost. Gf says the stylist is very experienced and super friendly. Looks like they are eventually going to put in a smoothie bar. Parking can be touch and go. There is more around back but people tend to pile up in front. Overall love coming here and certainly is the best tanning salon in the area, and probably in the whole state honestly. Customer service and cleanliness go a long way. read more

If I could give a minus star I would . The customer service is less than par. Change prices during a contract without notice. This is the second time in the last two years that this has happened. I asked to speak to management several times and was told they would call. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later, now I am writing this. I have been a customer for many many years and also have spent a lot of money. You would think that the owner or manager would want to keep a good customer and call someone back. I have referred many new clients to this place and will not in the future. If they make the effort to fix the problem I would have thought different. management needs to train the employees on customer service and instill the attitude that "the customer is always right". There prices are not competing with other places in the area and the only way to survive is to provide good customer service and not change prices for a prepaid annual contract/agreement . In my case, this is exactly true as you don't change your price when you pay upfront for a year contract and ask for more money just because they got a price increase .... Any ethical business owner knows this is the cost to do business .... If you need to stay afloat ...don't offer these deals or note that prices are subject to change and we may Ask for more money along the way ). this training is also needed specifically for a young ditzy Asian looking girl at the front desk . read more
