One star is too much - I wish they could let me rate this vendor ZERO stars. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE. HE RUINED MY WEDDING and here is the story on how: Prior to the wedding we agreed on a timeline, every vendor received this timeline - my wedding coordinator spoke to each vendor, confirmed the receipt of the timeline and even asked if there were any questions. I spoke to The Towncar Chauffeur and confirmed the timeline myself. There were zero questions on timeline! Anyway the shuttle left early from the hotel and got to the venue early - some guests missed it because it left early and had to drive themselves. ALSO the guests that got there early, saw us taking bridal party pics which ruined the element of surprise when we walked down the aisle. The shuttle also left early at the end of the night ! It was supposed to leave the venue after the sparkler exit and it left 15 to 20 mins before. Guests were left stranded at the venue and my parents had to spend an hour driving people back and forth after the wedding. Worst part of is, guests that saw the shuttle was leaving ran to it and missed my sparkler exit, one of the guests being my grandmother - now I do not have a picture with her at the end of the night, something I was really looking forward to having given her poor health. I reach out to them when I get back to my honeymoon and explained everything that happened. They ask for PROOF - cause I am guessing they do not trust me? I had the wedding coordinator confirm the shuttle left early and that she even called them to come back. I have the accounts of my parents and all of the guests that were left stranded. I have the account of the hotel employees who told me the following day my night shuttle had arrived prior to the set time (they were going to have snacks on the front desk for my guests and were unprepared when my guests arrived). Basically The Towncar Chauffeur dragged this whole thing on for over a week where we are going back and forth over email, I provide proof - I answer a million questions - and after they confirm they were wrong cause there is no arguing it...they refuse to give me my money back. I said to at least give me part of it back and they have been ignoring me for weeks now. Their only reasoning for not following the pre-approved timeline is because some random drunk guest on the bus told them that they could leave! I am sorry but they had spoken to me and my coordinator DIRECTLY and had a timeline so why would you not follow it? This has truly been the WORST vendor experience of my wedding, truly absolutely awful - they ruined so many aspects of my wedding and provided zero customer service when I reached out to them. They didn't even apologize. It gets me just so mad just thinking about it Update: His response is false the wedding planner never let the shuttle leave, they had a timeline, she was getting the sparkelers ready for my exit - she can not be at 2 places at once. Him and his team should know how to tell time on their own. WILL NOT BE TAKING DOWN THIS REVIEW. USE IT TO SAVE YOURSELVES THE $1K. Also they left the hotel early when driving the guests to the venue...wedding coordinator was not at the hotel, so who are they going to blame for that? Update 2: They took down my husband's review and many of my guests' reviews. So please keep in mind other people who were affected by this grievance were not allowed to express it due to Yelp! guidelines. Apparently only the person who signed the contract is allowed to leave a negative review, however.. if it were positive well then it is a different story I am sure they would not have requested to have it taken down. On the day of, our driver William picked us up when the plane landed at MCO around midnight, and even stopped by a drive through so we could grab a bite as we had forgotten to do so before our flight. Terrible experience. Left 15/20 minutes early (when our wedding wasn't even over yet) therefore, only 4 people were on the bus back to the hotel (the bus fit up to 60 people). People then had to find rides home and pay for ubers (which were very difficult to find in monte verde, FL. over 30 min wait times for an uber). We used this service last month and the driver left much earlier than he was supposed to, which left us stranded in the middle of Orlando, where we then had to call Ubers. When my friend reached out, they were extremely rude and didn't apologize or compensate us for the extra money we had to spend on uber rides. On the contrary, they were even nastier to her and felt no remorse whatsoever for the trouble we had to go through. The least they could have done was provide good service after the fact, but they were even incapable of that. Truly the worst customer service experience. This was my first time using this type of transportation to Port Canaveral for a cruise. They were on time and it was comfortable ride to the port. The driver was nice but got kinda confused were to drop us off once we arrived at the port.
