Anyway he finally stopped responding back with me / my husband repaired an looks terrible and the $6000 cost to redo pool was a waste and warranty for their work is useless - now the tile along top of pool wall is falling off - He's a nice guy but doesn't stand behind his work - keep lookin for another company before goin with this one !

They came out and fixed the holes and used the wrong color. The pool looked like bombs landed in our pool. He said he would come back and redo entire pool! CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.
