And just this month, when I paid our quarterly payment, their website said it couldn't process our ACH payment, so I paid via credit card. Five minutes later and Manatee sent us receipts for BOTH payments. They couldn't assist us with cancelling a payment, but referred us to our bank. We cancelled the ACH, but had to pay for the stop payment. I'll be shopping for homeowners insurance now!
