I asked for a refund and I think they were refunded about $30 because they said there was a minimum trip charge of $500! no one mentioned that before, but they enforced it even though it was never disclosed, and even though they never did a repair correctly This is a horrible company run as fast as you can away I attest that these facts are true and accurate with no embellishment.

He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. I had the whole interior of my house painted as well as a built-in bookcase. Originally I was told…read moreit would take two days to paint the walls, then it was bumped to three after I added the bookcase (it's huge, so it made sense). After the first day of painting I was told it'd be done in two, but they probably should have used that third day. Some places look nice, but others definitely look rushed. There are places where you can see the paint dripped and dried with the dripping, some places I still see the original paint color, and they got paint all over my light fixtures and even some on the doors. The bookcase looks great, but I can no longer switch around the shelves to different levels because it looks like they put them back in wet, so when I remove a shelf, there's a nasty dark smear where the shelf meets the bookcase that's only hidden if the shelf remains in place. It felt like a rushed job and I was given five minutes to say if I was pleased with it or not. It wasn't until I was fully moved in that I began noticing all the poor work. Another complaint, I know they didn't use the paint color I gave them; they color matched it somewhere else and painted the cans so I wouldn't see the brand was wrong.

This is not stuff you'd put on your walls. The result is that cabinets that have a visible grain (like oak), get filled in and smoothed out in a way you wouldn't get with traditional paint. It really makes a difference and it will really matter over time because it won't chip or scratch as easily. Jonh's guys are polite and do a great job. At the end, when they ask you to check everything, be sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb. You will find little places that might need a tiny touch up here and there. I don't think this is due to sloppy work, I just think that after spraying the inside and outside of cabinets for hours, you begin to lose sight of small imperfections. So, let them do their job and come in at the end to see what they might have missed with some fresh eyes. I thought their price was fair and they really transformed my kitchen.
