By the end the stuffing was coming out of it and the seat was broken and being held in place by a piece of sheet metal shoved in the bottom. I wasn't sure if it was salvageable, but a friend recommended this place to me. They were so friendly and even unloaded the chair for me. I didn't want leather and even brought my own fabric. The chair looks brand new and they fixed the bottom so I can actually sit in it. I couldn't be happier with my chair and it was well worth every penny to bring it back to life.

They are a mattress factory, so when she says any mattress can be made into a full she means that you can pick any line or style or features and they can make it in full for you if they don't have it in stock. And when she says this, rather than saying she didn't understand, the customer is rude to the clerk! The clerk is trying to help you. They are a factory. They can make any mattress in any size! So these criticizers are way out of line, in my opinion. I'm going there tomorrow to buy a mattress. I'll update this review after.
