Lots of wonderful country and western themed Christmas decorations! Everything from ribbons and ornaments do lights and tree toppers- you could definitely decorate your whole Christmas tree here! Parking was easy and plentiful. We parked right in front of the Christmas shop, no problem. The outside of the shop has a big covered area full of Christmas wreaths, garland, decorative signs and clearance racks. Inside is more of the ornaments and more indoor decor items. It's a small shop and easy to walk through and see everything in about 15 minutes or so. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive- they are respectful of your space but available for questions. I like that. Restrooms are not available at the Christmas Shop. If nature calls during your visit- you have to high tail it over to the main building adjacent for relief. Not a huge deal except that you want to walk quick through the parking lot this time of year- as they say: "Baby, it's cold outside!"

While he was at the computer he pointed the firearm to his right. He pointed the firearm at me and the customers that who he was helping. I commented that he had just flagged me with a firearm. He shrugged his shoulders and kept on walking. He didn't apologize or say anything. It was the most disrespected i have ever felt in the store. Anyone that is handling firearms, with a trigger lock or not, should know the universal firearm rules. 1. Treat all firearms as loaded and always point in a safe direction. 2. Never point a firearm at anything you don't want to destroy or pay for. 3. Keep your finger indexed until you have sights on target and you have made the decision to fire. 4. Know your backstop and what lies beyond it. Your employee violated universal rules 1,2, 4. I don't know the condition of the firearm. I know that I was looking at the muzzle and that he was pointing toward the other customers and toward the corner of the store. This event occurred at approximately 1315 hours. You can review the camera footage and see what I am talking about. I also spoke to the fishing manager about the incident. I was very upset at the lack of respect. A simple sorry would have sufficed. I have Hunter Education Students that are better at muzzle control then this associate. I recommend he be fired for violating the firearm rules. If he has done it once, I am sure he has done it multiple times. I am not going to let this rest. This is not the way people need to be treated.

He showed me how to set up my dies (the ones I bought) , showed me what not to do for every step of the process, showed me what it looks like when you make various mistakes, and showed me how to correct those mistakes. To cap off the lesson he had me clean, de-prime, resize, trim, deburr, prime, fill and seat 5 rounds of .223 (the ammo I will reload) to make sure I had the process down. He answered every question I had, and answered ones I didn't even know to ask. I feel like I got 6 months of experience crammed into my head in that short period of time. Fantastic. The whole thing took about 2 hours and was top notch I couldn't have asked for more.

The new location is bigger, but they still managed to pack it to the gills. If you are a reloader, this is your mecca. They can give almost any larger shop in WA state a run for their money in the selection department. I find things here I can only locate online. I load all my own ammo, but if you are looking for a good selection of factory loaded ammo they have plenty of that too. As I travel across the mountains on a regular basis, this is one of my must stops.

Showed up and Rich gave me his personal patch kit and helped me patch the hole in the floor... no charge... and he saved the day and got us on the water. He took my small handful of items, and between arguments with those other two customers about which part of the Columbia was open, he very slowly began to ring up my purchase. It honestly took him two minutes to scan my five items. Then he just .... sat. Stood there and argued with those other customers (who were not trying to make a purchase - maybe they had done that before I arrived, but they were not holding any merchandise) about where the Columbia was closed. I finally got frustrated and left. Bottom line -- don't go here unless you wish to be ignored. I cannot imagine this place staying in business. I ended up spending my money at Dicks -- at least they had time for me. I would not suggest this store for any reason. I really miss Grumpy's (which this new store replaced).
