I had a hysterectomy about eight weeks ago and I haven't heard much about going forward what's the date in case I start experiencing anything or anything like that so I figured I'd call because for the past two weeks. I have not been able to sleep barely eaten anything, I'm constantly sweating waking up on a bed soak wet, hot flashes constant throughout the day, I feel down, extremely extremely tired and I messaged Annie DeMagio's office about my symptoms, she had someone called me this morning to make the appointment knowing what I was asking on the message and explaining my symptoms, I made the appointment for 12 o'clock and waited pay $60 co-pay. I was waiting in the room with my mother when Annie entered the room and did not say hello any of us, instead, she looked really angry and gave us her back without even saying hello, when she finally turned around, I said hello I said, how are you today because she never bothered when I started mentioning my symptoms even before I said anything she said I don't do anything things that you want me to do. I don't do any of what you're asking and I'm not going to and not so many words, she didn't even bother, asking what I was going through how I was feeling absolutely nothing super unethical and unprofessional. Even my mom was shocked and surprised to her reaction and behavior when she entered the room I asked to get my money back and I asked to speak to a manager. They told me that they were in meetings for two hours, and I couldn't talk to that's higher up than the guy that was there that said he . He told me he was gonna have someone back when I asked with uncertainty he couldn't confirm. This needs to be addressed. Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for and not professional at all!! I will never go back there and I don't recommend her to anybody. She is extremely rude and wants to do what she wants with the patient instead of what you are asking for Four as a patient. I hope someone actually calls me so I can talk to them when they gets a dress. Thank you. That is all.

I did some research in looking for a knee/hip doctor in Naples and decided on seeing Dr. Biggs. I…read morecould not be more pleased with that decision. The first thing I was struck by was that all of my X-rays were taken in the standing, weight bearing position. This was the first time I had experienced that, only to later review the literature and learn that this, in fact , is best practices. Then in my exam and discussion with Dr. Biggs, I found him to be truly interested in treating me, the patient and not my problematic scans. He was easy to talk to, listened carefully and we collaboratively decided on a treatment plan. It was refreshing!. Through his attentive listening skills, he addressed an unrelated matter of concern to me. It was unexpected and much appreciated! My experience with Dr Biggs and his office staff was very positive.

I showed up with a smile and great attitude, as is my normal disposition. However, the employee came across as short and somewhat "huffy". Apparently, I was supposed to show up 30 minutes early but wasn't informed of this by email or text. I was hastily handed a clipboard with some forms and told to quickly fill it out. Understand, it wasn't the words that got to me. It was the attitude. After briefly reflecting on this I determined this was not an office I was willing to deal with. I handed back the clipboard and told her I changed my mind about using their services. I turned around and left. I'm researching other doctor options. While trying to be fair, but still provide a review, I didn't think it fair to rate it one star since it had nothing to do with the medical side. It was a staff issue.

I started my rhinoplasty research journey after a fall which resulted in the shattering of my nose. It was such a monumental decision and I could not find anyone that made me feel comfortable or confident in their ability. From the first consult with him I was immediately put at ease and KNEW he would be my surgeon. I made my rhinoplasty appointment that day . Dr. Hasen is nothing short of a magician of plastic surgery. Facility and attached surgical center is clean and the décor is beautiful. Very thorough pre and post op care. Never felt rushed or unsure of the processes. Not only professional, caring, down to earth, and skilled, the results are absolutely flawless. If you're considering a procedure or surgery (of any kind) you owe it to yourself to schedule a consult with him. I can promise you, he will EXCEED your expectations. Not to mention his entire staff of nurses, anesthesiologists, and front and back office are sensational. Thank you Bethany, Marie , Denisha, Jen, and Wendy:) If there were 10 stars I'd give him 11. I would highly recommend this entire practice.

After complaining to him for 3 months he got rid of me by sending me to pain management for epidurals, other injections, morphine and physical therapy which didn't help at all! After consulting other Naples neurosurgeons and neurologists for many months, with no honest answer from any of them, even though I had a CT scan prescribed by Dr. Gerber showing cement on the report at L2, but Dr. Gerber stated I had no cement in my canal and wanted to do a stim implant instead. After much research I found a neurosurgeon in Miami who looked at my scans and said the wrong surgery was done by Dr. Gary Colon and the Miami surgeon could fix it with a decompression and fusion at L1,2,3. He did this and removed cement from my spinal canal that Dr. Colon put there and never informed me of it, even though I had an MRI shortly after the L2 kyphoplasty that showed the cement and the MRI was seen by Colon. Dr. Colon also lied in his medical notes that I requested. Since this surgery by Colon I need a walker and I am confined to my home unless I get help to lift the walker.
