I hate to dis a fellow business owner on the Island but Russell never failed in his attempts to characterize me as nothing but a pain in the arse even though he was happy to accept my money, charge me time and a half when asked to expedite repairs, and never properly diagnose the problems from day one. God forbid I would show up after the boat was there for weeks without any update, and be mistreated for asking for a progress report. Not the way to conduct business. They don't check their work but charge mega-bucks. Backwards steering? Who does that? After thousands of dollars and a lot of aggravation, I recommend finding someone else to fix your boat. If these are the boat experts, caveat emptor, buyer beware.
